Difficult choice. I haven't finished to read all the volumes of THe Condor Heroes, and I only know Heaven Sword and Dragon Sabre through the series and movies.
I would say Zhang Wuji, but maybe it's because I identify him with Adam Cheng...::

I think who is more handsome it depend which actor take the role ,not from the novel.

In TVB 1980an Andy Lau as Yang Guo And Tony Leung as Zhang Wuji, I think Tony Leung more handsome.

In TVB 1990an Louis Koo as Yang Guo and Lawrance Ng as Zhang Wuji,I think Louis Koo more handsome.

Who is more powerful it also depend which actor take the role, in 1980an Andy Lau Yang Guo see more powerful and 1990an Louis Koo Yang Guo see more powerful.

LOL, I guess you are right!
Actually JY didn't really describe their face in details.
For YG, JY did a bit description using Guo Xiang's point of view : he had phoenix eyes with beautiful eyebrows like a sword pointing to his temple. He was very handsome, but a little bit pale and sad face.

But for ZWJ, the thing that he's handsome was pointed by Wang Baobao and Jin Hua Popo. And they just think that he's handsome. That's all.

I guess, for some degree, JY is lack of imagination when it comes to male faces.
