oh that's why Indonesian translation omits the poetry part. in Indonesia, i think nearly all Liang Yusheng's novels have been translated, at least 30+ (or 40+ including fake ones), but the translator use old spelling, which is very uncomfortable for me to read. kyc, If you believe u can finish translating novel PZXYL, then do it, remember that demi gods and semi devils translation took 17 years, but if you are hesitant, then dont force youself. It will definitely not take 17 years, lol. My estimate is about one to two years, the reason being ChatGPT is a smart AI which will cut down quite a lot of time in translating the first literal draft. whoa...one or two years...then you just have to do it! Go..go ...GO!!!  That's really not long  we're here are patient enough for one or two years |

Many or none at all? none at all, it is very uncomfortable and difficult to read wuxia novel with old indonesian spellings, plus the hokkien name is killing me, and the writing style is not standard. that's why i am reading baifa monu zhuan in english. |

But just like what atumiwa had pointed out, most of the novels are written in old Indonesian spelling, and using Hokkien names. And not to mention, sometimes the translator changed the title into something weird that has nothing to do with the original title. For example : 女帝奇英传 - and the translator translates the book with the title: Seeking of the Crown Prince. Therefore although we read the books, but we might not know which book we actually read. |

I'm doing the translation but the poetry is giving me major problems (as to be expected). A lot of time I have to guess the meaning, which is not good. Poor LYS. His strength has proven to be his downfall in finding translators. Alas.  |

LYS doesn't use poems frivolously to show how sophisticated/cultured he is. He uses poetry for both character defining and advancing certain plot points. To remove the poems is to lose an integral part of his writing style. |

Therefore vomiting poem part is really impossible. |
