Chapter 180: The Ancient Heavenly Sage King The Ancient Heavenly Sage King immediately said to Lord Judas, “I will wait for you at that place.” Lord Judas muttered weakly, “Hey, wait!” In the next instant, the Ancient Heavenly Sage King had jumped up to the side of the imposing cliff and began to climb upward at an incredible speed! The Sacred Embodied Heavenly Goddess hummed coldly, “It seems that you are not interested to share with me…” The Ancient Heavenly Sage King was shouting, “Why is that you are always following us? Are you so free? It has been so many years already. Aren’t you tired?” The voice of the Sacred Embodied Heavenly Goddess echoed as it slowly faded, “…because I like…” Soon Lord Judas was alone again! Isa smiled bitterly, “It seems that your friend has left you all by yourself. Are we lucky or you are lucky?” Lord Judas began to laugh heartily and his laughter reverberated loudly, “It is because he knew that I have no problem handling all of you.” Xiang was smiling, “But without your Invincible Divine Force now, you don’t seem to be as formidable as just now. In the next instant he had displayed his swiftness movement skill and was running away while shouting heartily, “The heart of the great god and the prospect of evaluating my Heaven Eyes to the seventh positioning are just too tempting to give up. If you want to have his corpse back, let see if the whole lot of you are able to follow my pace!” Everyone had turned ashen as Lord Judas had already vanished behind the cliffs. His swiftness movement skills were better than any of them! Alice immediately called out, “Don’t let him get away!” Yu’Er panicky said to the Lord Supreme, “Father! Yu’Er will go ahead of you first…” Mei’Er was also saying to the Lord Supreme, “Mei’Er is going too!...” Lingfeng, Shen Xingyue, Lele, Asura, Ye Yin, Isa, Xiang and all the others were already on the trail of the Western Paradise Heavenly King even before Alice called out to them to give chase… They were all praying that nothing would happen to Yi Ping! Han Lin asked Aiel quietly, “Why is that the Goddess Celestial Alice and the rest of the immortals seem to fear this Ancient Heavenly Sage King more than the Western Paradise Heavenly King? He is stronger than him?” Aiel shook her head as she smiled weakly, “The Western Paradise Heavenly King is the stronger of the two for sure. So far, all our encounters with a Heavenly King had turned up to be a bad experience.” It seemed that the exchanges between Han Lin and Aiel were also picked up by the rest of the group except for Shen Xingyue, Alice, Xiang, Lele, Asura, Yu’Er and Mei’Er and Lingfeng who had already gone far ahead! Aiel took in a vital breath without slowing down her swiftness movement pace, “The Ancient Heavenly Sage King is a gentleman and he is always polite even to those beneath his station. You can tell that he is trying to persuade Lord Judas to let us go without being rude.” Han Lin had just leapt over a boulder ahead of them as she turned her head to ask Aiel, “So you are saying that he is a good guy?” Aiel flushed, “I don’t know…” Han Lin laughed softly, “Or is it because he has a pretty face huh?” Youxue smiled, “He really has a pretty face!” Aiel quickly whispered, “Han Lin, Youxue, don’t say it aloud. The walls have ears….” Lie Qing asked curiously, “We are praising him and not saying anything bad…” Aiel smiled bitterly, “Don’t let the Sacred Embodied Heavenly Goddess hears you. If anyone is to mutter any good or bad things about the Ancient Heavenly Sage King, she is bounded to turn a nasty surprise on them. That has happened so many times in the past that her exploits has long become legendary!” Lie Qing smiled weakly, “But it seems that the Ancient Heavenly Sage King seems to be troubled greatly by her?” Aiel smiled, “That is because this Sacred Embodied Heavenly Goddess always disrupts his plans and is always on his opposing side!” Lie Qing was startled, “If you didn’t say that, I will have thought that she likes him. They are enemies?” Aiel smiled bitterly, “Everyone in the Immortal Realm knows that she likes him except for the two of them. Let’s hope that he has not become a dark immortal…” Lie Qing said quietly to herself, “It is impossible not to worry…” The Lord Supreme said weakly as he stared at her, “Ai, you have awakened your Heaven Eyes? What do you mean by ‘we’? You have been to the Immortal Realm? Are you an immortal?” Aiel smiled weakly, “I am not the Sagess Ai. My true immortal name is the Goddess Aiel! And yes, I am an immortal!” Han Lin chipped in, “She is a sleeping immortal because she likes to sleep so much.” Aiel said none too pleased, “I am just entering into my meditation state. What do you know, Han Lin?” Han Lin laughed softly, “Yay! As though I believe you! Especially when you are snoring like a pig!” Aiel began to flush, “Han Lin! I get you!...” The Immortal Saint of Swords began to look quietly at everyone, “And the whole lots of you are immortal practitioners now? What is going on?” The Universal Old Man patted his stomach as he laughed heartily, “I am an immortal practitioner now!” For once, he could show off in front of them! The Lord Supreme asked him, “You…have found the Immortal Practice?” The Universal Old Man smiled weakly as he looked at Youxue who was in front of them and she was pointing to a trail that she had picked up, “Not exactly. Chapter 181: The Golden Invincible Force
When Yi Ping had regained consciousness, he found himself in a cave and he was startled to see that Lord Judas was grinning at him, face to face with him!
He immediately tried to get up panicky as he shouted angrily, “What have you done to my companions?!”
Lord Judas laughed heartily, “I did nothing actually. They are all safe and sound. I have only one aim and that is you.”
Yi Ping looked at Lord Judas suspiciously for a while. All of a sudden he noticed that his divine swords were by his side. He muttered weakly, “What do you want?”
Lord Judas laughed jovially, “You are my protégé disciple now!”
Yi Ping smiled weakly, “The duel is a draw. Since it is a draw, why should I be your protégé disciple?”
Lord Judas laughed, “Why don’t you feel your pulses first?”
Although Yi Ping was bewildered by him, he did as he was told. All of a sudden he gasped out, “What is this?!...”
He could feel a wondrous energy pulsing through him. It was his Righteousness Essential Energy but only this time, it seemed to be more obvious and alive now!
He muttered, “What did you do?”
Lord Judas said, “So now you know? The Invincible Divine Force is also an absorbing skill. Because it is able to absorb, it is also capable of transferring. I have transferred my Golden Invincible Force to you.”
All of a sudden he gave a martial shout and there were nine hovering wisps of blue energy. The golden shimmering wisps of energy spheres could no longer be seen!
Lord Judas said solemnly, “As you can see now, my Golden Invincible Force has degenerated. Try channeling your intricate energies to your life and death channels and see what happens.”
Yi Ping did as he was told and was immediately speechless when a burst of martial force warped out of his body and it had formed into six hovering golden spheres!
Because Yi Ping was still weak and could not sustain his internal strength and martial power at the same time, the golden spheres soon disappeared and he was breathless from the attempt!
Lord Judas clapped his hands, “Excellent! It seems that your Righteousness Essential Energy has merged well with my Golden Invincible Force!”
Yi Ping said breathlessly, “The Golden Invincible Force is even more tiring to use than my Asper Divinity…”
Lord Judas laughed aloud, “Well, the Golden Invincible Force is slightly more difficult to use than the Invincible Divine Force but it is a good internal strength and martial power exercise too. When you have used it for ten years, you will start to see the benefit. When you have used it for a hundred years, you may be able to reach the seventh invincible rank. With some luck after a thousand years, you may be able to reach the eighth invincible rank. Maybe after ten thousand years, you will be able to reach the ninth rank.”
Yi Ping was startled, “So long?!”
Lord Judas patted his shoulder, “If you have started at a lower rank of the Golden Invincible Force, it is even longer and even more impossible to reach the peak of perfection of this divine skill. But a sixth level for starter is extremely good. Now all you need is to get used to it and meditate upon it. Even though you are not a true immortal yet but given your present martial strength, I can say that you will be on par with the majority of the true immortals now and even the rest of the Heavenly Kings soon enough!”

Yi Ping was startled to hear this, “I have overcome the Primordial Core? I didn’t feel it…”
Lord Judas laughed jovially, “The crisis of the Primordial Core can take many forms to and varies from each practitioner. That is why all the celestial and immortal stages can only depend on self-enlightenment. But of course, there always a shortcut but that is only used by the dark practitioners.”
Yi Ping nodded but all of a sudden, he had a sudden realization. “Oh no! Lele, she is at the Celestial Unison now….”
Lord Judas said, “Is this Lele the maiden with a silver divine sword and a long scythe?”
Yi Ping nodded panicky, “You…must help her!”
Lord Judas said solemnly, “The whole lot of you has advanced too quickly and it is too dangerous. Your worst enemies are not the Heavenly Kings but your heavenly tribulations. As for this Lele, you don’t have to worry. If I am not mistaken from our short martial exchanges, she is a practitioner of the Celestial Force and it is extremely pure…and…”
He closed to his eyes to meditate for a while.
Yi Ping called him. “Lord Judas?....Lord Judas?”
But there was no respond from him!
And this a while was actually ten minutes!
Finally Lord Judas opened his eyes and he had a startled expression, “She has the Universal Harmonic Chain!”
He quickly said to Yi Ping, “You don’t have to worry for her. She has the heart of the goddess and will surely attain as an immortal if nothing major happens.”
Yi Ping asked, “The heart of the goddess?”
Lord Judas was trembling excitingly, “That is right. The heart of the goddess, the pure heart of the Great Goddess Fantian! That is an immortal artefact of an unimaginable power and it seems that the Universal Harmonic Chain has picked her to be its mistress.”
Yi Ping was relieved to hear that.
He immediately fell to his knees as he bowed, “I am grateful to your kindness but I really cannot acknowledge you as my protégé master! But why will you advance my martial level at the cost of your attainment?”
Lord Judas replied, “Doesn’t matter. I didn’t manage to defeat you so you can choose not to be my disciple. Of course I have my reasons to aid you. Do you know that you are the Great God that the Ancient Heavenly Sage King and I have been waiting for all this while to restore the order of the heavens?”
Yi Ping asked curiously, “You are waiting for me?”
Lord Judas nodded, “Yes, it has been an extremely long wait.”
Yi Ping asked solemnly, “But even then, why are you imparting your precious martial internal strength to me at the cost of your own martial attainment? I don’t deserve it…”
Lord Judas said solemnly, “My own martial attainment is nothing compared to yours! You are our only fighting chance or else we will have to wait for countless years again. Moreover this Golden Invincible Divine Force doesn’t belong to me in the first place!”
Yi Ping had a puzzling look as he said, “It doesn’t belong to me either…”
Lord Judas laughed heartily, “The reason why my Invincible Divine Force is able to advance into the Golden Invincible Force is because the Great Goddess Fantian has aided me secretly in the past. The only condition that she has imposed upon me is that I have to transfer it to the next Great God at the first opportunity!”
Yi Ping gasped, “The Great Goddess Fantian…”
Lord Judas nodded, “The Great Goddess Fantian is the Divine Creator of all the immortals while the Great God Pangu is the Divine Creator of the Three Known Realms. You have inherited the Pangu Intricate Energy and so naturally you are the future Great God.”
Yi Ping smiled bitterly, “I don’t even know if I am able to reach the top of the Stellar Sanctuary to become the next future Great God…”
Lord Judas clapped his hands, “So you are aware of it already?”
Yi Ping continued to smile bitterly, “I have made a guess.”
He quickly asked, “Senior, you have made such a great sacrifice. Is there anything I can do for you?”
Lord Judas laughed jovially, “No need! It is because I got a reward from the Great Goddess Fantian already!”
Yi Ping displayed a puzzled look…
Lord Judas explained as he tapped his forehead which had a sudden golden radiance, “The day that I have transferred the Golden Invincible Force to you, is also the day that I will be able to advance my Heavenly Eyes to the Seventh Cosmos Positioning. That is already my reward! Hehe! I have been figuring this puzzle for millenniums and never knew why for Heavens’ secrets are equally as forbidden to the first immortals. But now I know why!”
He grinned at Yi Ping, “Your Thousand Memories Swords is the key! You are really something. A sword technique that is created from the Essential Righteous Energy and it has also served as bridge between my Invincible Divine Force and my Heaven Eyes. Only when I have transferred the Golden Invincible Force to you, did I attain to a new state of divinity.”
Yi Ping stared at him blankly, “It is just a new technique that I have created at a moment notice…”
Lord Judas smiled, “You have to believe in destiny. There are an infinite number of coincidences just waiting for things to happen at the correct time. As long as you play by the rules of destiny, you will be able to carve out the chosen destiny.”
Yi Ping muttered, “If only the other Heavenly Kings see the same way as you then things would be more peaceful.”
Lord Judas asked, “What? You have seen the other Heavenly Kings? Who are they?”
Yi Ping said, “I see the Old Man Xuantian and Yun Dingzhong…”
Lord Judas smiled bitterly, “And you have survived an encounter with them? Do you know how sadistic they are?”
Yi Ping smiled weakly, “I know…”
Lord Judas said, “They have joined the dark side and are now dark immortals.”
All of a sudden he said, “No wait, I may need you to do something for me!”
Yi Ping said respectfully, “Just tell me and if it is within my means, I will surely do my very best!”
Lord Judas took out an orange pill, “This is my Western Paradise Divine Pill. It is a divine pill that I have spent countless years to refine and cultivate. Can I trust you to give it to that maiden with the Invincible Divine Force? What is her name?”
Yi Ping took the divine pill hesitatingly, “She is Lie Qing. What is this divine pill?”
Lord Judas laughed, “Alas, Lie…Qing. I must remember her name. I am getting forgetful nowadays.”
All of a sudden he became solemn, “You must never take this pill for yourself or it will do you more harm than good. But for her, it will be beneficent to her. Who is she to you?”
Yi Ping said quietly, “She is my consort.”
Lord Judas laughed heartily, “Good! Take good care of her. She is actually on the eleventh invincible level now. I wonder how she accomplishes that…”
Yi Ping said respectfully, “I hope that Senior will spare the practitioners that cross your path…”
Lord Judas roared with laughter, “You really think that those immortals are killed by me? No! So far I have only killed only one and he is the Epitome Sage Heavenly King. But that is only because he is a dark immortal. If I don’t get rid of him then there will be more victims!”
Yi Ping asked solemnly, “Pardon me for asking but you are not a dark immortal? Then why are you in the Stellar Sanctuary?”
Lord Judas leaned back as he pondered, “It is not only me. All the surviving Heavenly Kings will surely come to the Stellar Sanctuary because in the entire immortal realm, nowhere else can compare to the martial treasures and immortal secrets that can be found here!”
Yi Ping listened attentively. It was because so far he had only known that the Stellar Sanctuary was a place for celestial practitioners to advance their enlightenment and all the celestials had long suspected that the Immortal Practice may be found inside.
Lord Judas explained further, “It is a little more complicated. Let me put it this way, all the Heavenly Kings are like the celestial clans that you are familiar with, with their own agendas. And of course, some will band together while some prefer to be on their own. Some even choose to become dark immortals but no matter the reasons, everyone knows that if they can reach the very top of the Stellar Sanctuary, they will surely gained untold martial treasures and even become the next Great God!”
Yi Ping asked, “So you are here to become the next Great God?”
Lord Judas laughed jovially, “To be honest, I did dream of it but I have something even noble in mind...”
All of a sudden he gave Yi Ping a pat, “But I cannot share my secret destiny with you. Young fellow, don’t say that I didn’t warn you. There will be a battle up there. If you really value your life and your cumulated divine practice, I will surely advise you to stay steer of all the troubles and be on your way.”
Yi Ping said solemnly, “I know that Senior means well but like you, I have my business at the top of the Stellar Sanctuary.”
Lord Judas looked at him for a while before he said solemnly, “I don’t know how you got your Essential Righteous Energy without reaching to the very top but if you continue your way up, the sharper Heavenly Kings will soon find out and they will surely eat your heart to further their own attainment. You got me?”
Yi Ping nodded quietly.
Lord Judas said, “You are lucky to meet me. Very well, since you are so insistent I won’t stop you. But if we do meet at the very top, we may even fight again. To each of our own destiny!”
Yi Ping said, “To each of our own destiny. You know, I am thinking you are not such a bad person after all.”
Lord Judas laughed, “I am not a bad person but I am a mean fellow. Even my dearest Alice, Xiang and Asura are ignoring me now. What bad luck! But after I have finished with my secret destiny, then they will know that I am not such a mean fellow and they will fall to their knees as they worship me…”
Yi Ping smiled weakly as he felt like withdrawing what he had just said to him!
All of a sudden they heard footsteps from below the cave!
Lord Judas smiled wryly, “It is my dearest Alice. I can sniff her from afar and they have managed to find my trail now. I got to go now. Remember what I have said to you!”
As he got up, he turned to appraise Yi Ping solemnly, “I don’t know if you are the true Great God. But if you want to become the true Great God, you must reach the top of the Stellar Sanctuary and there will be many tribulations waiting for you to face. I have already done what I am supposed to do!”
With that, he vanished out of the cave!
Yi Ping was left standing in the cave alone until Alice, Xiang, Lele, Yu’Er, Me’Er, Shen Xingyue and Asura had barged into the cave as they called him out excitedly, “Yi Ping! Yi Ping!”
Alice gasped with relief, “Are you alright? Where is that Lord Judas? Did he do anything funny to you?”
Xiang was also comforting him panicky, “Your Xiang’Er is here. Did that Lord Judas bullies you? I will get back at him later…”
Yu’Er and Mei’Er were examining him closely as they hugged him excitedly, “Master Yi Ping! You are alright…we are so glad!”
Shen Xingyue heaved a soft sigh of relief, “I was so afraid when you have fallen into his hands. Or else I won’t forgive myself for letting him carted you away right in front of my eyes…”
Lele flew into his embrace, “Ping’Er, you…are alright? I am so glad? What actually happened?”
Asura was looking cautiously around the cave, “He is not here?”
Yi Ping immediately said, “He didn’t hurt me and instead has helped me to treat my internal injuries.”
Alice, Xiang and all the others were startled, “Oh? He did what?”
Yi Ping smiled weakly, “He isn’t as bad as you think although maybe a little eccentric.”
Shen Xingyue asked, “Huh? Why did he cart you away for then?”
Yi Ping smiled weakly, “He has imparted his Golden Invincible Force to me…”
Alice and Xiang were gasping, “He did what…”
Even Asura was trembling with shock!
Yu’Er asked, “What is wrong?”
Alice smiled weakly, “I can’t believe that he has actually imparted one of the most powerful divine skills of the Immortal Realm to you…”
Xiang was already examining Yi Ping’s pulse, “It is true…”
Asura laughed softly to Yi Ping, “Unfortunately, you are not a virgin or else you will be able to advance further with this divine skill…”
Yi Ping was flustered as he muttered, “I am really alright…”
Alice muttered, “Better check if you are really alright. I mean that there may be a side effect to this Golden Invincible Divine Skill that you may not be aware of. That Lord Judas is capable of messing up with people.”
Xiang nodded, “I agree with Alice.”
Yi Ping was smiling weakly, “Surely not that bad…”
Alice and Xiang said at the same time, “He really is!”
Alice added coldly, “You have heard him calling me dearest Alice as though I am particular very close to him. He is capable of twisting anything to suit his jovial mood. Stay away from him!”
Xiang nodded and her expressions were particular tortured, “Everyone avoids him like a plague in the Immortal Realm, you know what I mean? You don’t want to know him particular well. I wonder how the Ancient Heavenly Sage King was able to bear with him…”
Yi Ping just smiled weakly. It was because he could tell that Alice and Xiang did not have any fondness for him!

Chapter 182: The Immortal Hero of the Three Known Realms
Yi Ping and his group were standing between two imposing cliffs. The cliffs were so tall that they could not see the towering ends. And between these two cliffs were two imposing grey statues that stood around meters tall!
These two statues depicted a handsome man and a beautiful maiden seeming facing each other woefully and they were crossing the passage with their imposing swords!
And beyond these two imposing statues were cold rolling mists!
Yi Ping was looking at these two imposing statues and a sense of familiarity was felt by him.
But he quickly composed himself to say, “It seems that we have found the end point of this level?”
Alice smiled and nodded, “The sooner that we can get out of this level, the sooner the better.”
Isa nodded, “It gives me the creep knowing that this Lord Judas is on this level with us!”
Xiang crossed her hands, “He really gives me the shiver, you know!”
Yi Ping smiled bitterly. He really had no idea how creepy this Lord Judas was. But one thing was for sure, it seemed that these immortal goddesses were not fond of the Western Paradise Heavenly King.
The Lord Supreme muttered, “This is the end of this level. I wonder what lies beyond this gate?”
The Immortal Saint of Swords looked at Yi Ping curiously, “We are a big group. It may not seem wise to enter this gate at the same time. I am really surprised that all of you are able to make it to this level in such a big group…”
Yi Ping he heaved a soft sigh as he looked at everyone, “I do know that the strength of the obstructions increase according to the size of our group but I am unwilling to break up our group.”
He was anxious because he could not afford to lose any of them and it was a constant hard decision that he had to face at every point.
Lingfeng who knew his thoughts intimately, smiled gently. “Ping’Er, let me say something alright?”
Yi Ping nodded slowly…
Lingfeng said alluringly as she eyed everyone, “In our group, there are the stronger ones and the weaker ones…”
Yi Ping smiled bitterly as he interrupted, “That is not what I mean…”
Lingfeng tugged his sleeve gently as she said gently, “Wait Ping’Er, please hear me out first!”
Ye Yin smiled shyly at Yi Ping, “Let’s hear the Heaveness out first!”
Yunzi smiled gently, “That is right. And it may resolve the knot in your heart.”
Yi Ping smiled awkwardly as he sighed softly…
Lingfeng smiled before she took a sweeping glance at everyone, “The weaker ones among you must be worried that you may be an encumbrance to Yi Ping and the others. You rather leave the group and suffer alone than be in the group!”
She paused for a while before she looked at Alice, Isa and all the stronger ones, “The stronger ones among you actually do not mind having the weaker ones in the group. It is because you feel that you will be equally able to protect them. So you rather shoulder the daunting trials despite knowing the dangers!”
Lingfeng raised her voice as she looked at everyone, “Am I right to say so?”
Everyone was nodding!
The Goddess of Mercy Xiang said casually, “I like challenges anyway.”
Asura also added coolly, “If we have it easy then we won’t become stronger and it will be difficult to raise our state of divinity.”
Yi Ping said firmly, “Leaving anyone behind isn’t an option I suppose. No matter how daunting it is, I will do my best to protect everyone…”
Lele smiled, “The burden of protecting everyone rests with all of us and not only you.”
Youxue nodded approvingly as walked gently to Yi Ping, “Ping’Er, we are in this together…”
Yi Ping muttered, “Youxue…”
Youxue in turn looked at him with a thousand affections; Yi Ping was no longer the naïve and weak young man that she had first met him. Maybe it was because he had an unusual destiny that had attracted her in the first place. Maybe it was because of his good nature heart. But no matter, he was now the hero in her heart!
The Lord Supreme sighed and he was followed by the Immortal Saint of Swords…
Lingfeng looked at them with a smile, “The two of you must be worried that with your injuries, you may be a hindrance to everyone?”
The Lord Supreme looked at Yu’Er, Mei’Er, Xingyue and Ye Yin before he sighed again, “That is right!”
The Immortal Saint of Swords looked at Yunzi with a soft sigh, “Yunzi may be the only hope for the Infinity Sword Celestial Sect to gain a foothold in the Immortal Realm. Alas, my will is willing but my flesh is weak!”
It was because his internal injuries were not light!
Dugu Yunzi said firmly, “Protégé master, I won’t think of you as a hindrance and I am sure the rest of my sisters won’t as well!”
The Goddess Celestial Alice nodded as she smiled warmly, “If you need more time to rest, we can wait a little longer before we go through that gate. But no one will think that you are a hindrance to anyone.”
Lingfeng laughed softly, “So that is! So what are we waiting for now? Let’s storm this gate!”
Even the golden Kirin cub was growling as though it was also agreeing!
Lie Qing was smiling. She was looking even more radiance after consuming the divine pill of the Western Paradise Heavenly King, “That is right. We shall blame no one for our misfortunates. We have all decided on this course and we mustn’t falter from it!”
She had many reasons to smile. She had not only attained her Invincible Divine Force to the twelfth level, she was now also an immortal practitioner of the Divine Crisis level!
And she had even evolved her Golden Impervious Body to the Golden Invincible Body!
Han Lin clapped her hands as she laughed softly, “I agree too!”
Lingfeng nodded as she asked again, “So what do all of you think?”
The Universal Old Man, the Lord Supreme, the Immortal Sword of Saints and all the maidens were all nodding!
Yi Ping muttered as he looked at Lingfeng and the rest, “Everyone…”
He looked at Lingfeng with a broad smile, “Lingfeng, thank you…”
Lingfeng smiled gently, “So what now?”
Yi Ping took a deep breath before he said with firm determination, “We are in this together now. The path ahead may be difficult and full of unknowns but from now, let’s us try our best!”
Youxue, Yu’Er, Mei’Er, Yunzi, Ye Yin and Xingyue had gathered around Yi Ping in the next instant. Their eyes were full of affectionate for Yi Ping as they all laughed jovially!
Yu’Er said, “That towering gate ahead looks dangerous but I am not afraid anymore!”
Isa walked in front of her before she winked to her, “What is there to be afraid of? If you call me big sister then I will surely protect you!”
Yu’Er asked excitingly, “Really? Big sister!”
Mei’Er was next to Isa in the next instant, “That is so unfair. Can I call you Big Sister too?”
Isa smiled gently, “If you like, why not?”
Mei’Er laughed softly, “Big sister, Big sister!”
Youxue smiled wryly, “Hmph! I want to as well! Big sister!”
Isa laughed softly, “I have so many little sisters all of a sudden!”
The Universal Old Man rubbed his hands before he said shyly, “Big Sister…”
Isa raised her eyebrows at him as she asked coldly, “What did you say?”
The Universal Old Man shivered lightly before he quickly said, “Nothing…”
Lingfeng laughed gently, “Serve you right!”
Yi Ping said aloud, “So we are all ready?”
Alice said all of a sudden, “Hold!”
Yi Ping asked curiously, “Yes?”
Alice said divinely, “Yi Ping, a minute please.”
She looked at everyone with a sly smile before she said solemnly, “Yi Ping, you are a hero in the lower realm. But it is not a fitting title for you anymore. I think that it is time for you to deserve a better title.”
Yi Ping smiled bitterly, “I am not a hero. Have you seen a hero that is as lecherous as me?”
Mei’Er said with a smile, “You are not. You are just too sentimental!”
Yu’Er nodded as she lowered her head shyly, “We have made a pledge to avoid the sentiments in our heart so that we can all focus on cultivating as celestial practitioners. And we have all attained past the Divine State of Emotion now…but alas…”
Yi Ping said firmly, “Yu’Er, we must be resolute. One day, we may attain as true immortals…”
Yu’Er looked him earnestly, “Who knows if these type of thing is allowed in the Immortal Realm? Who knows what further destiny awaits the Great God? I rather not part from you at all!”
Mei’Er said woefully, “Shi Shi meant well to depart from us so that she won’t be a burden to us and she missed out on attaining as an immortal practitioner…”
Aiel was a little melancholy too, “Sometimes destiny turns up in this manner. A short separation becomes a great gulf…”
Yi Ping smiled bitterly, “I am just an immortal practitioner and is still a celestial. I will be in the Celestial Realm for a long time still…”
Aiel asked him, “You…really think so?”
Isa said quietly, “Unless the whole lot of you has attained as a true immortal, it is really too dangerous for you to put the emotions of the heart as priority. It will be costly to your future attainment and will only be a distraction.”
Shen Xingyue said melancholy, “Yes we do know…”
Yi Ping muttered, “Xingyue…”
Xingyue smiled angelically, “Don’t worry. That is why I am enjoying our times together even now. It is…”
She placed her hands gently to her bosoms as she muttered, “All these will be forever etched in my heart…”
All the rest of the maidens were also nodding and muttering...
Yunzi said quietly, “Our hearts…”
Youxue nodded as she clasped her bosoms, “Yes, it will be in our hearts…”
Alice said divinely, “So sisters. I, the Goddess Celestial Alice of the Three Known Realms now officially proclaims Yi Ping as the Immortal Hero of the Three Known Realms, does anyone of you have any objections?”
Everyone almost said aloud at the same time, “No!”
Yi Ping as startled, “Immortal Hero?”

Chapter 183: The Divine Nine Cauldron and the Divine Icefire Skill
The gate beyond the towering statues was extremely cold and there were white mist everywhere. The visibility was poor and they could only make out the rough outlines of the cliffs around them.
Yi Ping said quietly as he scanned his surroundings keenly, “This place is really cold…”
He began to wonder, “Is this gate a Boss Stage or a Tribulation Stage?”
Either way, he was caution. It was because being caution was better than being careless!
Alice looked at everyone as she warned, “If I am not wrong, we are now entering the trials of the enduring cold. It will only get colder and colder as we go deeper.”
Youxue, Yu’Er and Mei’Er were looking at each other. Because they were protected by the Icy Heavenly Tears, they were not really affected by the bitter cold.
Han Lin looked at the thinly dressed Aiel, “Mistress, don’t you feel cold?”
Aiel yawned softly, “What do you think? I am an immortal so do you think I am afraid of cold? What about you?”
Han Lin smiled, “I am a Dragon Practitioner and isn’t afraid of the elements.”
Ye Yin was wearing the Heavenly Empress Robe which rendered her immune to the cold elements of her surroundings. She thought, “This divine robe of the Goddess Celestial Alice is indeed wondrous. I don’t feel cold at all.”
Shen Xingyue was looking at her with envy, “Poor me!”
All of a sudden Yi Ping held her tightly as he asked after her, “Xingyue, you are cold?”
Shen Xingyue was startled!
It was because she had not expected Yi Ping to hear her and react so swiftly. The truth was, even though the vicinity was extremely cold but it had not reached the point of affecting her yet. But she was touched by Yi Ping’s gesture.
She nodded shyly, “Yes, I feel a little cold…”
Yi Ping immediately tightly his grip on her as he warmed her through his internal strength!
Shen Xingyue panicky said, “Ping’Er, I am good! You need to conserve your internal strength. I am…really not that cold.”
Yi Ping sighed softly, “Xingyue…”
Ye Yin laughed softly, “Next time we must be careful of what we have wished for!”
All the other maidens began to laugh softly, much to the embarrassment of Xingyue which caused her to mutter, “Alright, it is my mistake.”
She hummed away shyly as she broke freed of Yi Ping as she hastened her steps, “What are we so slow? Let’s hurry!”
Xingyue like all the other maidens had a common goal. They would rather Yi Ping to be well enough than allowed him to do anything for them. It was because all the maidens had already come to a consensus between themselves; he had already done so much for them that they did not want to abuse his good heart!
That was why Xingyue was flustered while she had walked away shyly!
All the maidens would rather they would do something for him. Now this common consensus was not something that came easily. At least it was not something that would happen to the others!
Yi Ping called out after her, “Xingyue, don’t go too fast…”
Xingyue turned around as she gave him an angelic smile, “I am just exercising my legs!”
Alice suddenly said as she pointed to the lofty slopes below, “Be careful. The path here is narrow and treacherous.”
Yi Ping nodded as he took a look at the bottomless misty ravine below. Instead this pathway was only big enough for two or three to walk at the same time. Moreover the pathway was slippery and there were strong icy winds that were blowing against them at the same time!
That was why he was worried when Shen Xingyue had suddenly walked up ahead of them!
Lingfeng sighed softly, “How are we going to fight in this place if a divine monster would to manifest in this place?”
The Universal Old Man smiled bitterly, “Maybe the monster will slip down the slope and fall into the bottomless ravine below…”
The Lord Supreme added wryly, “If the area monsters are flying monsters then we are really in trouble.”
Yi Ping smiled, “Hopefully not.”
The Immortal Saints of Sword sighed, “You never know.”
All of a sudden Ye Yin warned aloud, “Everyone, I have sensed something ahead. I think is a fire.”
Yi Ping, Alice, Isa and Asura were startled, “Fire?”
Alice was perplexed. It was because her paranormal sense would sense an intruder even from a mile away and yet, she had sensed nothing out of the norm!
She patted the golden Kirin cub as she smiled, “You can sense a fire?”
Ye Yin closed her eyes as she pointed ahead, “It is still quite a distance away but I am sure it is a fire but it seems that this fire is burning in an open space.”
Yi Ping was dumbfounded, “A fire that can burn in such a cold and icy environment?”
Xiang appraised Ye Yin anew. That was because like Alice, she was startled that Ye Yin the Ascension Goddess could actually sense a fire amidst the strong icy howling winds!
Yi Ping said, “I trust Ye Yin’s sixth sense. She has such an astonishing uncanny sense that sometimes I can’t help being in awe of her.”
Ye Yin was delighted as she smiled at Yi Ping sweetly, “Stop heaping praises over me!”
Shen Xingyue suddenly called out, “Look, there are two forks here. Do we go to the left or the right path?”
Yi Ping turned to ask Ye Yin, “Where is the fire?”
Ye Yin pointed to the path to the right, “There!”
Yi Ping looked at the path to the right with a curious expression before he took a step to the left but Youxue was tugging him lightly as she winked at him, “Are you afraid? Let’s check the path to the right. I am curious about the path to the right!”
Lie Qing laughed softly, “Same here!”
Lingfeng said unhappily, “You are all daredevils!”
Han Lin chuckled softly, “To the right path then!”
Half of the group was actually the daredevil types with courage to match their curiosity!
Youxue looked at Yi Ping with pleading eyes, “Ping’Er, what do you think?”
Yi Ping looked at her with a smile, “I actually can’t decide on which paths to take. If there may be a fire to ward off the cold then let take the right path then!”
He had of course used a random reason. It was because he knew that the half of the group was actually curious to take a look.
Lingfeng muttered, “Any fire would actually be extinguished by then. Why don’t you think of a more convincing better reason? You are so lazy to use your brains.”
Yi Ping laughed softly as he took broad strides toward the right path before turning back, “You know I am waiting for you to help me out…”
Lingfeng chuckled softly as she went up to him as she kicked him from behind lightly, “Fat hope!”
Isa said to Alice, “What do you think?”
Alice said quietly, “We are already at the end of this Floor Fortieth-Eight. Danger lurks everywhere. For a lower floor, this atmosphere is indeed unusual.”
Isa asked solemnly, “You think that this is the death gate?”
Alice shrugged her shoulders, “I do not know!”
Sometime later after walking cautiously around the steep edges of the icy mountains, the howling winds were getting more and more furious.
Yi Ping stood by the edge as he kept a careful watch on the rest of the group. As Han Lin walked past him, he muttered. “Han Lin, be careful. The icy winds are raging furiously now.”
Han Lin flustered shyly as she recalled the time when she had tripped and fallen off a treacherous path.
It was precisely Yi Ping had remembered that situation that he had muttered a cautionary note to her out of concern.
Aiel tugged Han Lin quietly as she gave her a sly look, “Han Lin, I think you are going to fall off again…”
Han Lin said exasperatingly, “Shut up, mistress!”
All of a sudden Shen Xingyue pointed to a pillar that was protruding up from now the mists; there was a fire on top of this pillar, “A fire in this place? Let’s take a closer look!”
Yi Ping looked at Ye Yin, “There is really a fire here!”
Ye Yin smiled gently as she gave him a wink, “You mean you don’t believe me?”
Yi Ping stammered, “Not that…”
Ye Yin threw him a light punch as she said aloud, “I am just teasing you. Let’s take a closer look!”
The Lord Supreme and the Immortal Saint of Swords looked at each other…
The Immortal Saint of Swords said, “That is no ordinary fire for sure…”
The Lord Supreme nodded as he sunk his fingers along the sides of the small pathway as he looked at his daughters, “Yu’Er, Mei’Er, be careful!”
Yu’Er replied, “We will…”
Mei’Er was exercising her Divine Emerald Force to keep the furious icy howling winds at bay while saying, “It seems that that fire is away from the pathway. How are we going to reach it?”
She was right!
A little while later, everyone was leaning against the edge of the cold mountains while the furious icy winds lashed against them!
They had all paused in their tracks; it was because they had all caught sight of a burning fire on top of a pillar that was protruding from of the mist!
The fire was burning from a square bronze cauldron with four legs and various words could be seen from its sides!
Yi Ping muttered, “This cauldron…”
The Immortal Saint of Swords said, “The words are too far to be seen clearly but I am sure that they are martial intricate formulas!”
The Lord Supreme agreed, “But getting to that pillar may be a problem!”
The Immortal Saint of Swords immediately snapped his finger as he sent a beaming sword energies toward the fire but his sword energies was immediately dissipated when it had reached midway!
He said quietly, “No good, it is too bitter cold in the middle. I am afraid that it may be quite impossible to reach that pillar.”
The distance between them and the pillar was just 10m but because of the cold and the strong icy winds that were sweeping the entire vicinity, it seemed quite impossible to reach the cauldron that was alone on a pillar!
Yi Ping took a step forward toward the edge of the chasm as he looked at the misty bottomless abyss as he muttered, “Even if we can leap to that pillar but given the space there, it seem impossible to leap back…”
Yunzi nodded as she tugged Youxue lightly. It was because she could tell that Youxue was particular interested in the cauldron and was unwilling to give up.
She whispered, “Sometimes curiosity kills the cat and it is better to know when to give up.”
Yi Ping said, “That is right!”
The Lord Supreme said with a soft sigh, “There are many that have entered the Stellar Sanctuary and chanced upon many of the intriguing martial treasures. But these martial treasures are often dangerous to obtain and because they did not know when to give it up, they subsequently lose their lives. They have cultivated in vain!”
The Immortal Saint of Swords was also sighing because he had witnessed numerous infightings and plenty of celestial practitioners that lost their lives in the Stellar Sanctuary over the centuries!
But Youxue lifted the long edge of her dress with her fingers as she looked defiantly at everyone, “Others may not be able to succeed but I am also to!”
She willed her mental state to the highest level with the Absolute Spirits, exercised the intricate energies of her Icy Heavenly Tears and the Divine Emerald Force at the same time as she smiled, “Yunzi!”
Yi Ping panicky shouted to her, “Youxue no!”
But there was nothing he could do because Youxue was at the back while he was at the front of the column.
Yunzi sighed softly as she unsheathed the White Phoenix into a flying sword and it flew with a startling speed as it pierced through the pillar!
She had instinctively known what was on Youxue’s mind!
Youxue laughed softly, “Thank you!”
Yunzi’s White Phoenix Divine Sword was 1m long and the hilt was 20cm long. It had pierced a good 20cm into the hilt and it had shortened the distance between the pillar and where Youxue was standing to 9m!
Youxue smiled; with her lightness swiftness skill, she was confident that she could leap upon and carry her own weight on top of Yunzi’s sword!
She muttered softly, “Now that I am an immortal practitioner now, I wonder what is the martial strength of my Divine Emerald Force now?”
She immediately raised her fingers as she exercised the Divine Emerald Force to the seventh level!
Yu’Er was startled, “Sister Youxue had mastered the Divine Emerald Force to the seventh level?!”
Youxue took another deep breath as another burst of martial force erupted around her as the martial strength of Divine Emerald Force increased once again!
Mei’Er gasped, “The eighth level of the Divine Emerald Force! The Recurring Force!”
But before Yu’Er and Mei’Er could recover from their surprise, Youxue had raised the level of her Divine Emerald Force once again to the ninth level!
Yu’Er gasped in astonishment, “That means that her Icy Heavenly Tears is also on the ninth level too!”
Even Yi Ping was startled at Youxue’s current martial progression but he quickly looked at Shen Xingyue who nodded gently at him.
Shen Xingyue was confident of leaping across to the pillar naturally but she was not confident of taking the gambit against the supernatural wall of extreme coldness that could be felt like an impassable wall all around them!
But if Youxue was in trouble, she could immediately jump to her aid!
Alice said with her divine voice, “I will help to keep a lookout on her. Youxue, don’t be afraid.”
At the same time, Yunzi had unsheathed her waist sword as she displayed the Ley Negative Sword Energies, sending it in a collision course against the icy howling winds!
“Youxue, now!” Yunzi called out to her!
Yu’Er called out as she displayed the Divine Emerald Force, “Sister Youxue, be careful!”
The rest was also calling out to her, “Be careful, be very careful!”
Youxue nodded as she displayed the Golden Impervious Body to better resist the supernatural chill as she leapt across with a startling burst of martial force that was generated by the Divine Emerald Force!
No sooner had she jumped across the chasm, she was greeted by a powerful blast of condensed ice and it seemed that her weight had increased more than ten times!
She was panicky!
It was because she had now realized the dire situation that she was in!
She was startled as she exerted all her martial power to display the Divine Emerald Force to its fullness.
All of a sudden Shen Xingyue had forced her forward with the extraordinary power of her Big Dipper Hands and Lele had raised her Divine Echo to reduce the drag of the icy howling winds that were on her!
Even the Goddess of Mercy Gusu Xiang had raised her Heavens Sundering Mirror and the Immortal Saint of Swords was displaying his Ley Negative Sword Energies in all directions to aid her!
Yi Ping had also raised his divine swords; there were two golden haloes as Yi Ping divine harmonized himself to the sanctorum manifesting level as one with his divine swords as he displayed the Asper Continuum!
And the rest of the group was also giving aid by sending their martial force to collide with the invisible wall of extreme coldness and the furious howling winds!
Because of all the help that she was given, she had managed to land on the tip of Yunzi’s divine sword and in the next blink of an eye, she had landed on top of the pillar!
She was grateful as well as guilty at the same time!
The middle of the trek was eerily cold. Had it not for the anti-force of her Divine Emerald Force and the Icy Heavenly Tears which rendered her almost impervious to the supernatural cold, she would have stumbled immediately!
Yi Ping sighed with a soft relief!
Alice and Asura were looking at each other wordlessly in the meantime.
Asura divine whispered Alice secretly, “You are really not interested in the martial inscriptions that are on that cauldron? I think that must be the epitome martial intricate of the Divine Icefire Skill!”
Alice shook gently as she whispered back, “I think so too. Unfortunately, it runs counters to Mystic Stratosphere Divine Skill. I am just one tiny step to the pinnacle of my divine skill. I mustn’t have any further distractions…”
Asura smiled as she looked quietly at Alice. It was because she knew that with the skill levels of Alice, she could inspect that cauldron anytime she pleased.
But because they were immortals, they were reluctant to help the rest directly for it would only hinder their future progressions. Since Youxue decided to take this risk then it would count toward part of her total tribulations. If she succeeded then it would only benefit her!
In the meantime Youxue had landed on the pillar and was looking at the cauldron. Even though the weird fire was burning fiercely but the surrounding was still so cold that she was actually shivering!
She was startled, “Even with my ninth level progression of the Icy Heavenly Tears, it is still not enough…”
As she took a quick look at the inscriptions on the bronze cauldron, she had also hastily committed it into memory as she gasped, “The Divine Icefire Skill! The divine fire within and without, the source of the refine essence of martial internal strength…”

She was beginning to worry anxiously because she had already combined several epitome skills into one and she had almost lost her life several times because of that!
She was not only evolved her Divine Virtuous Force to the Invincible Divine Force now, she was also versed in several epitome divine skills such as the Dominating Force, the Icy Heavenly Tears, the Divine Emerald Skill and even a little of the Martial Emperor Unifying Force!
Getting the Invincible Divine Force and the Dominating Force to amalgamate to work together was a lot of difficult than she had thought and until now, she had failed to combine both martial forces together.
While her martial level was a lot higher, she had ranked herself a little lower than the Heavenly Temptress Lie Qing and the Heaveness Lingfeng. It was because Lie Qing, like Yixian was wholly focused on perfecting their original martial divine skills to the highest level. Moreover she had a divine sword to aid her too.
As for Lingfeng, she had a talent to use two divine skills at the same time. Also, she had an invisible divine short sword that she had rarely allowed it to be seen.
Youxue sighed softly as she recited the Divine Icefire Skill in her heart. But all of a sudden as she delved into the intricate formulas of this skill, she was startled that she may have a chance to actually master this divine skill!
It was because practitioners of the Divine Icefire Skill had to start with an icy intricate formula, a fiery intricate formula and a neuter intricate formula at the same time to begin it. And all three intricate formulas must be an extreme cold, an extreme positive and a neutral absorbing martial force skill in order to practice the Divine Icefire Skill!
This one condition was already an extreme impossible task to fulfill!
Youxue muttered, “The Icy Heavenly Tears, the Dominating Force and the Invincible Divine Force fulfill this condition…but can I successful amalgamate them as one, as the Divine Icefire Skill?”
As she stared at the intricate words of the Divine Icefire Skill and the burning fire that was in front of her, she had forgotten about the bitter cold.
All of a sudden as she continued to recite the Divine Icefire Skill, the burning fire that was on top of bronze cauldron exploded and consumed her!
Yi Ping was stunned as he shouted for Youxue!
But he had no sooner shouted to her, the divine fire had disappeared and Youxue had emerged from the burning fire unharmed!

Youxue was startled when the divine fire had suddenly burst into a raging fire as it consumed her but instead of burning pain, she had felt a soothing experience as the divine fire was absorbed as part of her new internal strength; the Divine Icefire Internal Energies!
She had actually amalgamated all the divine skills into a new divine skill!
Alice said quietly, “That is her destiny and there probably won’t be another like her. This Divine Icefire Skill requires the practitioner to practice three different types of conflicting divine forces before they can begin it. Most practitioners will have already met a mishap by the time they learn the second divine skill.”
Asura nodded as she trembled, “She has even gained the Divine Fire and the Divine Nine Cauldron. That is really the most precious of all treasures!”
Yi Ping was startled as he looked at where Youxue was. The bronze cauldron and the divine fire had both disappeared!
He asked, “What is it?”
Asura replied as she looked at Youxue admiringly, “This Divine Nine Cauldron is a divine manifestation of the Heavens. It is only heard of but has never been truly seen. It is said to be able to aid the practitioner to refine their divine practice as well as to cultivate their martial strength. It seems that Youxue has now become the new mistress of this immortal artefact. This is even better than most divine swords!”
The Universal Old Man said with a laugh, “If I know that that is an immortal artefact, I would have gone after it in the first place too!”
Isa said coldly, “Immortal artefacts are sentient and can manifest anywhere with the correct conditions. You don’t go to it thinking that it is an immortal artefact as it is the one that is choosing you. Even Alice and I didn’t know that that bronze cauldron is actually a manifest of the Divine Nine Cauldron! So if you try to lay your hands on it, it will probably just be an ordinary bronze cauldron!”
The Universal Old Man was startled as he patted his belly in disappointment, “I see…”
Meanwhile Youxue was trembling lightly as she tried to muster her Divine Emerald Force. It was because the Divine Emerald Force only works with the Icy Heavenly Tears and after amalgamating her Icy Heavenly Tears with the Divine Icefire Skill, her internal energies was no longer the Icy Heavenly Tears Energies but the Divine Icefire Energies!
She was delighted when she had displayed the Divine Emerald Force unhindered!
Next she began to display the intricate formula of the Invincible Divine Force and was startled when a burning force began to envelop around her!
But this burning force was soothing to her and she was also not affected by the extreme cold now!
She looked out and saw that Yi Ping and the rest were smiling to her and waiting for her to return to their side.
She pulled out Yunzi’s divine sword as she mustered her entire martial power. There was a bursting burning force in her and she could feel that her martial level had up another notch!
This time, the leap was much easier than the first time!
As she tiptoed back to the narrow path, she said to everyone with a smile. “Thank you everyone…”
All of a sudden, a terrifying howl could be heard and this howl was so earthshaking that the entire mountains were now shaking!
Alice had turned ashen as she muttered, “In front of us…”
Yi Ping asked, “What is that sound?”
Isa was trembling as she looked blankly at Yi Ping, “That is a Divine Dragon…one of the four guardian beasts!”

Chapter 184: The Dark Emperor Robe
When Yi Ping and his group had reached the end of the edgy ridge, they saw a towering iron gate with a shimmering portal. They immediately knew that this shimmering portal would lead them to the upper level of the Stellar Sanctuary!
But the icy platform that was in front of them was empty!
Obviously, they had all heard the terrifying roar of a dragon earlier but there was no sight of it now!
Or was it because the dragon was waiting to appear just after they had stepped on the icy platform and the roar that they had heard was just a hint to the challengers?
Alice said quietly, “Remember the divine beasts are able to move throughout the levels of the Stellar Sanctuary at will. We don’t really want to fight these immortal beasts unless we have no other choice.”
Yi Ping asked, “So, that Divine Dragon has now left the vicinity?”
Alice scanned the surroundings keenly as she said, “Maybe.”
Aiel laughed softly, “Or the Divine Dragon is never here in the first place. Let’s us step upon the icy platform now. I am curious to see what the boss monster of the 48th floor looks like!”
Han Lin suddenly leapt in front of Aiel, “No wait, Mistress!”
Aiel chuckled softly, “Han Lin, so what is wrong? Are you are afraid?”
Han Lin seemed to look at everyone with a pleading look, “Something is not right, really! I…sense the presence of a dragon here…”
Aiel laughed it off, “You are too timid, Han Lin…”
But Han Lin looked into her eyes intently…
All of a sudden she froze; it was because she had suddenly remembered that Han Lin was a Dragon Practitioner and that she was one of the last of her kind!
Han Lin looked at the icy platform as she trembled, “It is still there but it is invisible…even I don’t know exactly where it is. But I can sense its presence with my Divine Draco Sense.”
Alice said quietly, “Interesting. It can even hide its presence from me so it must really be something.”
Isa was also looking intently at the icy platform as she gripped her divine sword, “The same goes for me as well.”
Yi Ping was also looking intently at the icy platform but somehow he had a familiar feeling that he could not describe as he looked blankly at the icy platform.
But he knew that they were just one step to overcome this level…
Yi Ping said all of a sudden, “Let’s go!”
Youxue smiled, “Finally! That is the Yi Ping that I know in the past! I have forewarned him not to go up to the Heavenly Mountains but he still ignores my kind warning!”
Yi Ping smiled awkwardly when he remembered the first time that he had met Youxue. At that time, he was just a naïve wanderer while she was already one of the fraternity most highly skilled exponents!
Lie Qing was also mocking pretentiously, “He has always been this daring. This is not his very first time!”
Lele was also laughing but she was also gripping her long scythe tightly; a battle awaited them and she knew that she must not be careless!
Meanwhile Asura was looking quietly at the icy platform as she warned quietly, “We don’t know what the boss monster looks like yet. And we don’t know where the divine dragon is yet. I have got a very bad feeling about this…”
Even Alice was nodding but the entire group was all natural combatants and they were actually relishing for the challenge, especially the Goddess Isa and the Goddess Celestial Alice!
They were actually throwing a secret challenge through their subtle expressions to each other!
Isa laughed softly as she dashed past Yi Ping to be the first one to step onto the icy platform!
Now that they were on the icy platform, they could feel that the cold bitter winds were picking up speed!
Once they had reached the middle of the icy platform, a wall of ice had suddenly burst up with a thunderous eruption from a mile around them and the icy platform was even colder than before!
A gigantic white ape and eight smaller monstrous white apes had spawned in front of them!
The gigantic white ape was around 10m in height while the smaller white apes were around 4m in height!
Their presences were immediately intimating!
Alice warned aloud, “The boss monster is the Abominating White King Ape! It is extremely strong and agile!”
However Yi Ping’s attention was not wholly on them as he scanned his surroundings, “The boss monster is not the divine dragon? But where is it?”
But his thoughts soon returned to these white apes when they had all suddenly charged at them with a startling speed!
In a blink of an eye, these white apes were upon them!
Yi Ping immediately shouted, “Split! Leave the biggest white ape to me!”
Alice and Isa had flashed next to him as they called out to him at the same time, “And us as well!”
But no sooner had they called to him, the Abominating White Ape King was already upon Yi Ping as it smashed its punch on the ground with a violent exploding burst of force that narrowly missed him!
Yi Ping had already split his Celestial Alice and at the same time he had also displayed the Thousand Memories Swords as he displayed dozens of explosive repetitive slashes upon the Abominating White Ape!
The Goddess Isa had raised her Divine Constellation Sword as she lashed against the Abominating White Ape King with a series of purple flashing strokes!
Yi Ping had immediately recognized the intricate strokes that were displayed by Isa as her unique sword techniques; the Unanimous Quadruplet Hits!
The Goddess Celestial Alice blinked upward with a somersault flip; her forehead shone with a brilliant golden light as she raised her divine sword gracefully in her hands while muttering gently, “The sixth seal!”
Immediately she had slashed against the side of the Abominating White Ape with a powerful slash that immediately imploded six times with a shattering explosive ringing impact!
The Abominating White Ape King was knocked slightly off balanced by the Goddess Celestial Alice!
Even Yi Ping was slightly startled by the martial display of the Goddess Celestial Alice that had immediately sent several martial shockwaves throughout the vicinity!
Isa smiled wryly to Alice, “Isn’t that a little overkill…”
The Abominating White Ape King had suddenly roared with a thunderous roar that was so shattering that Yi Ping was suddenly sent stumbling backward!
It was a fortunate thing that with his present martial internal strength, he was able to resist the martial outburst but still he was forced to cough out a bout of black blood as he forced himself to charge forward again.
But he did not have the chance because he had suddenly noticed that there was an overwhelming cold outburst that had exploded around the Abominating White Ape King that sent Yi Ping and Isa off balanced!
Only Alice managed to stand on her ground by displaying her Mystic Stratosphere Divine Skill in a stunning outburst of exploding heated martial windforce!
The Abominating White Ape King jumped forward with stunning agility and had raised its fist to hammer Isa and Yi Ping!
Yi Ping was startled by it as he quickly dispelled the sword energies of the Thousand Memories Swords as he turned a brilliant golden when he displayed his newly acquired profound skill, the Golden Invincible Force as seven golden beaming globes surrounded him!
The gigantic size of the Abominating White Ape King, coupled with its brutish speed and strength would made its hammer punch a fatal blow for anyone!
And during that split second, the Abominating White Ape King had already made its move!
Yunzi saw it coming as she called out panicky, “Yi Ping!”
She quickly displayed her flying sword technique at the Abominating White Ape King but her flying sword was quickly deflected by the bursting outward force that was sweeping furiously from her target!
The Abominating White Ape King had jumped on top of Yi Ping with a thunderous landing crash on the ground that caused the entire icy platform to shake violently and just as it was about to plummet its fist at Yi Ping, Alice had flashed next to Yi Ping!
There was a thunderous impact and an explosive shockwave as Alice caught the full attack blunt of the gigantic Abominating White Ape King with her left hand!
Yi Ping was startled that Alice was able to hold the full blunt of the Abominating White Ape King with just a single hold of her hand and that the ground beneath her did not even appear to be affected by their titanic impact!
He gasped, “That is the martial strength of her Mystic Stratosphere Divine Skill?”
Alice said casually, “I am the Goddess Celestial Alice, the Eternal Goddess of the Three Known Realms. Bow before me!”
Even before Yi Ping could recover his reflexes and reacted, Alice had leapt upward and she seemed to be pulling the Abominating White Ape King along with her!
Before he even move his fingers, the Abominating White Ape King had come crushing down with an explosive thunderous impact onto the ground and Alice had pierced her divine sword through its skull with a startling golden piercing light!
Alice winked at Isa, “You seem a little slow today.”
Isa replied unhappily as she muttered, “The ground is too slippery or else it will be my kill. It unfair that it only goes after Yi Ping and I…”
As Yi Ping stood up slowly, the Abominating White Ape King was already slowly dematerializing slowly even before the mushroom cloud had yet to clear and everyone was already walking slowly to Yi Ping, Isa and Alice!
Yi Ping was relieved that everyone was able to handle their fights pretty well!
Barely had the battle had begun, it had ended!
Lele said melody, “It has been too easy. Don’t you think so?”
Lingfeng smiled as she took a quick at the Universal Old Man, the Lord Supreme and the Immortal Saint of Swords who had all sported a stunned expression on them!
It was because this was the very first time that they had ever seen the Goddess Celestial Alice in action and it was almost surreal!
It was obvious that she was a class above the Goddess Asura, the Goddess of Mercy Xiang and even the Goddess Isa!
Like Yi Ping who was still looking at Alice with an astonished look, they were all staring at Alice with a look of disbelief!
The Lord Supreme took a look at Yu’Er and Mei’Er who had both performed with equally astonishing class against the monstrous white apes as he muttered, “This is the boss monster of the 48th level and the strength of this boss monster must surely be enhanced by the size of our group but the Goddess Celestial Alice has just dispatched it in a blink of an eye…”
The Immortal Saint of Swords on the other hand was sighing softly because he had suddenly thought of the formidability of the Heavenly Kings that they had encountered.
He had suddenly realized that for these immortals, the lower levels of the Stellar Sanctuary were like taking a stroll for them!
Alice smiled enchantingly as if she could read everyone’s thoughts, “It is not so easy after the 60th floor.”
Yi Ping was smiling weakly as he continued to look at Alice awkwardly. He thought that with his current martial progression, he would be able to show off a little and to take the lead. But he had not expected in just a blink of an eye, he had been disadvantaged by the slippery ground and the startling formidability of this Abominating White Ape King!
Suddenly nine sparks of light had gathered from the dematerialized forms of the vanquished white apes and flew into Yi Ping with a startling speed, startling him!
But as soon as the nine sparks of light had entered into Yi Ping’s body, it had disappeared!
Everyone was gasping at this bewildering sight and they were all exchanging curious looks!
They were however relieved that nothing unduly had happened to Yi Ping!
Lele probed, “What is that?”
Just as Yi Ping was about to ask the same too, he had suddenly noticed that there were two golden dragons on both his forearms!
Even before he could recover from his surprise, Lie Qing was gasping to him. “Ping’Er, there is also a golden dragon on the back of your neck! What is happening to you?!”
Alice and Isa were both gasping while Lingfeng, Yu’Er, Me’Er, Ye Yin, Youxue, Xingyue, Yunzi and Aiel were all gathering panicky around Yi Ping as they crowded around him!
Han Lin was gasping as she stared at Yi Ping, “These golden dragons are the most sacred symbols of our clan…”
All of a sudden Isa took a look at Alice, “I…I recognize these golden dragons. Alice, do you remember as well?”
Alice took a look at the golden dragon motifs before she said nodded slowly as she began to move her fingers rapidly, “These golden dragons have come from the Dark Emperor Robe of the Dark Chaos Lord…”
Isa looked at Yi Ping quietly as she nodded, “That is right. It comes from the dark robe of the Dark Chaos Lord. It seems that the Dark Emperor Robe has once again returned to the side of its master…”
Yi Ping was looking at himself as he stretched his hands. He was trembling because this was a wholly familiar feeling that he had felt earlier!
He muttered, “The beckoning dragon roar that I have heard earlier actually comes from you?”
Alice looked at Yi Ping with an astonishing expression, “Yi Ping, this is indeed your Dark Emperor Robe but its physical form had long disintegrated. But because it is an immortal artefact, it can never be truly destroyed. And now you have become as one with it…”
Isa smiled beguiling at Yi Ping, “Yi Ping, you may not know this but do you know…”
She swept her glance at Lele and Youxue before continuing, “You can’t choose to become one with an immortal artefact and only the immortal artefact can choose you. Only those who are really freaking lucky will become one with an immortal artefact. When that happens, it will always mean an elevated progression for that person. Not only that, that person will also gain the inherent abilities of the immortal artefact!”
Yi Ping smiled weakly, “I wonder what the inherent abilities of this Dark Emperor Robe are then…”
Alice smiled before replying divinely, “The Dark Emperor Robe is renowned for its Nine Heavenly Array Defense. You may stand to benefit a little from it. Unfortunately, the Dark Emperor Robe has lost its physical form or else its formidable defense will be able to aid you tremendously!”
Isa added with a shy smile, “Even Alice’s Ninth Seal is not able to wholly penetrate the Dark Emperor Robe so you can guess how formidable it is!”
When Yi Ping had heard that, he was a little disappointed. It was because if he had the physical form of the Dark Emperor Robe then he may be able to fight the Heavenly Kings on a more equal footing!
Alice smiled, “Maybe one day you may be able restore the physical form of the Dark Emperor Robe but I can tell you that it is even better to become one with the Dark Emperor Robe.”
Yi Ping had a puzzling expression, “Oh?”
Alice explained with a gently smile as she stole a glance at Isa, “If you are over reliance on the formidable defense of the Dark Emperor Robe then your state of divinity will never be able to progress. Moreover by becoming one with the Dark Emperor Robe, you have gained something that is even more formidable!”
Yi Ping muttered with a bewildering look, “Something that is even more formidable?”
Isa nodded as she laughed softly, “Let me tell you on behalf of Alice then! These nine golden dragons that are on your body now are able to replicate the natural fighting instinct of the Dark Chaos Lord. In other words, through them you will have inherited the fighting genes of the Dark Chaos Lord!”
Alice nodded, “In other words, you may become a true warrior-god that even the Heavenly Kings will have cause for concern!”
Yi Ping muttered, “A true warrior-god…but I don’t feel anything different…”
Alice smiled gently, “You will know when the time comes.”

Chapter 185: The New Martial Grandmaster!
As Yi Ping and his group entered the shimmering portal into the next level of the Stellar Sanctuary, many of them were still stupefied by the stunning martial display of the Goddess Celestial Alice!
It was because when they had imagined themselves to be in Alice’s position when the Abominating White Ape King’s plummeting fist had come crashing down, they would instantly be flattened on the spot!
Alice had noticed their continuous stares as they appeared in a forested area. She smiled gently, “That is because I didn’t want to waste time dispatching a minor nuisance when there is a bigger menace waiting for us. If there is a hidden opponent that is watching us to take advantage of us then we will really be in fine fix.”
Isa agreed, “Aye!”
That was exactly what she was thinking as well!
Asura, Xiang, Ye Yin, Lie Qing, Yunzi and Youxue were also nodding as well!
Alice took a quick glance at the black monument that was next to them as she said gently, “It appears that we are on the 56th level now.”
Yi Ping said, “We have traversed eight levels this time. Now we are more than halfway through the Stellar Sanctuary now.”
He took a deep breath as he looked at the airy surroundings. There were high mountains and trees were dotting spaciously everywhere. It was a welcoming experience from the bitter cold environment that they were in earlier!
The Universal Old Man patted his belly, “I have always wondered what the Stellar Sanctuary is like when we are halfway through. Today, I am actually looking at it. It is such a strange feeling…”
The Immortal Saint of Swords said, “Same here. I have never got past the 50 levels before either.”
The Lord Supreme was also nodding as he began to look at his surroundings just like the rest of the group.
Everyone was already asking the same question in their hearts; which way should they go now? It was because picking a direction to move forward in an open vicinity was unlike that of an enclose passageway. The first thing that everyone was looking at was of course at the terrains and the hidden dangers!
All of a sudden a plummet of upward debris could be heard in the distance!
Immediately Yi Ping, Alice, Isa, Youxue, Shen Xingyue, Lingfeng and all the others said at the same time, “Let’s go!”
After all they needed a direction to go to and the commotion ahead was just the thing that got them started!
Lingfeng tapped her forehead gently, “Oh heavens! Why is that I am in a company of such daredevils…”
But she was actually one of the first to display her swiftness movement ahead of the others!
It seemed that she had given up on cautioning them!
The Universal Old Man was smiling bitterly as he panicky called out, “My Heaveness…wait!”
When they had all reached the vicinity where the commotion had started, they were startled by what they had seen. It was because hundreds of celestial and immortal practitioners could be seen gathering in the vicinity and their attentions seemed to be seized by several ensuring duels!
Maybe there were even more than a thousand of them!
Their expressions were all solemn; they paid no attention to Yi Ping and his group until they were within their visible sights!
What were they watching?
An old man was fighting a middle age immortal practitioner and had appeared to be toying around with him!
Yi Ping did not recognized the old man but he had immediately recognized that the injured immortal practitioner was the Skylord Jun, an Arhat Practitioner and he was also one of the Eight Heavenly Dragon Generals!
He had not expected to see him so soon. It was because there were numerous gates in each of the level of the Stellar Sanctuary and it was almost impossible to encounter each other if the route that was taken was different!
Yi Ping naturally did not know that after they had parted, this Skylord Jun had actually ascended further up the Stellar Sanctuary, first to the 55th level and later to the 56th level!
Now that Yi Ping and his group had appeared, almost all the bystanders were now looking and gasping at the same time!
It was because their group was simply too hard to be unnoticed, drawing stares of admirations and awe as they walked quietly into their midst!
Yi Ping naturally knew that he was not the center of the attraction because almost all the crowd was muttering at the same time, “The Goddess Celestial Alice! She is here?! The Goddess Theocracy!”
And many of them had actually stepped aside out of fear!
But Alice said gently, “Don’t be afraid. I won’t eat anyone. You are all free to explore the Stellar Sanctuary now.”
But instead of greeting her with excitement, the practitioners were quiet and they seemed to looking at her with pleading eyes instead!
The old man kicked Skylord Jun aside as he stared fiercely at Alice, “The Goddess Celestial Alice? The Empress of the Three Known Realms?”
Alice swept quickly with her glances as she replied coldly, “I am the Eternal Goddess of the Three Known Realms. I have never dared to proclaim myself to be the Empress of the Three Known Realm!”
The old man smiled wryly, “What is the difference?”
By now, Yi Ping had already noticed that many of the practitioners were injured and there were even a few corpses!
He clenched his fists angrily as he stared at the old man!
The old man hummed coldly as he said, “Alice, why haven’t you paid your full condolences to me yet? Have you forgotten who I am yet?”
Alice said quietly, “You are the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King…”
Yi Ping was startled that this old man was a heavenly king and he clenched his fists tightly. It was because it was all too obvious to him that everyone was held in fear by him!
There was a sudden laughter behind the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King and a handsome refined man had stepped forward with his silver fan!
Yi Ping had immediately recognized him as Yong Le, who was the Right Protector of the Martial Deviant Clan!
Yong Le was laughing as he waved his silver fan and behind him were two other old men!
These two men had an equally fearsome aura as the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King!
Aiel gasped as she took a stumbling step backward, “The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King and the Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King!”
Even Alice seemed to turn ashen when she had seen them!
Yong Le appraised the Goddess Celestial Alice as he laughed aloud, “So you are the Eternal Goddess of the Three Known Realms? You are indeed as heavenly and beautiful as they had claimed!”
Alice hummed coldly, “Insolent mortal!”
If he was not being surrounded by three Heavenly Kings, she would have taught him a lesson immediately!
Yong Le had also noticed Yi Ping, the Lord Supreme, Aiel and the Immortal Saint of Swords as he laughed, “So it seems that I have some old acquaintances here.”
By now, Yi Ping had already noticed that all the celestial practitioners that were presented here were actually all from the Martial Deviant Clan!
Aiel asked curiously, “You are Yong Le the Right Protector of the Martial Deviant Clan?”
Yong Le looked at her intently, “Wrong! I am Yong Le the protégé leader of the Martial Deviant Clan now. I have seen you before. You are the Celestial Mistress of the Celestial Aiel Sect. What a surprise. It seems that our clan fights have not ended yet…”
He waved his hands to point at the hundreds of celestial and immortal practitioners that were around him, “These are all my men! If you are wise, you should swear fealty to me immediately!”
Next he looked at Yi Ping and Isa wryly, “I didn’t forget the two of you after you have left. You have left quite an impression on me. Likewise, I will give you an option to join me.”
Yi Ping had already tapped Skylord Jun gently as he helped him to lift him, “Are you alright?”
Skylord Jun muttered, “We…are not their match…alas!”
Many of the immortal practitioners began to lower their heads in shame!
Yi Ping then looked at Yong Le, “What if I refuse to?”
Yong Le laughed, “Then don’t blame me for being ruthless!”
Alice interrupted, “To think that our three Heavenly Kings will be willing to serve a lowly celestial as their master? What a joke!”
The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King had been staring at Han Lin for some time or rather at the Green Dragon Sacred Sword that was by her side!
He seemed to be provoked by Alice as he smirked coldly, “Do you know who he is? Do you know that he is to be the next destined Great God?”
Yi Ping, Alice and all the others were startled!
Isa immediately said defiantly, “Rubbish! Because the next Great God…”
But she quickly kept quiet when she realized that it was none to wise to reveal what she had known about Yi Ping!
Yong Le laughed it off as he tapped the sword that was by his side. It was obvious that he was subtly trying to show off his divine sword in front of everyone!
“It seemed that I have forgotten to formally introduce myself to the newcomers.” He laughed again, “I am now the newly appointed Martial Grandmaster of the Martial Deviant Clan. And these people…”
He pointed to the rest of the bystanders, “…are all my newly recruited followers.”
The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King, Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King and Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King echoed at the same time, “That is right!”
Yi Ping and the rest of his group were all startled!
That was to say that even the powerful Heavenly Kings were willing to serve under this Yong Le? Just who was this Yong Le exactly and why did the all-powerful Heavenly Kings be willing to serve under a mere celestial practitioner?”
Yong Le was looking at Alice and all the rest of the maidens as though he could swallow them at any time as he smirked mockingly, “And the rest of you are welcome to join me. We will be one clan. We will be the most powerful celestial and immortal clan in the entire history of the Three Known Realms. What do you say?”
He waved his silver fan at the numerous dead, “Or do you want to suffer the same fate as them?”
Yi Ping, Alice, Isa, Youxue and many of their group hummed with contempt at this lofty suggestion!
Skylord Jun whispered to Yi Ping, “Alas, I don’t blame you even if you yield. We are really not their match…but I rather die than yield to them…”
Yi Ping said gently to him, “I am not yielding either.”
The Goddess of Mercy Xiang said to the Skylord Jun, “We, the Arhat Practitioners are going to prove that we have more backbones than those Zen Practitioners!”
She had already noticed that the majority of the immortals that were slain were the Arhat Practitioners.

Yong Le proceeded to laugh as he looked at Yi Ping and his group, “Like all the others, I am going to give you a chance. If you are able to defeat one of my respected protégé uncles here then you can leave or else you have to join me, provided that is, if you are able to survive the duel!”
At this point, Yi Ping did not know that Yong Le and his followers had been stopping everyone at every point of the Stellar Sanctuary to join his cause. However it was more like using everyone else as cannon fodder so that he would be able to ascend the Stellar Sanctuary without expending any real effort!
Yi Ping was startled as he looked at each of the Heavenly Kings, “They…are your protégé uncles?!”
Even Alice seemed to be shocked by it as she asked, “Just who are you?”
Yong Le waved his silver fan as he roared with laughter, “Just who I am? Just who I am? I may as well tell you so that you may cast away all others wishful dreams of opposing me. I am the next successor to the Great God Pangu!”
Alice immediately interjected coldly, “Rubbish!”
The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King gave a cold smirk, “You have better believe it!”
Alice seemed to stare at Yong Le for a while before she said solemnly, “You…your sense…you have eaten the heart of a Heavenly King?”
Yong Le spread his arms, “So you can now tell that my state of divinity is now much higher than you, my Goddess Celestial Alice? Don’t worry, you will be my consort and we will share the Three Known Realms together!”
Alice hummed coldly as she said, “I despise the dark practitioners the most!”
Yong Le shrugged it off, “We have all eternity to get to know each other so I am not worried anyway.”
Isa interrupted coldly, “Shameless!”
Yi Ping had already stepped forward as he asked coldly, “You say that if anyone of us can defeat one of the Heavenly Kings, we can go free?”
Yong Le replied coldly, “Indeed!”
Yi Ping said coldly as he stepped forward, “Let me be the one that will be the first challenger then!”
Yunzi, Asura, Isa and all the others panicky tried to dissuade Yi Ping but he had brandished the Celestial Alice Divine Sword as he displayed the Heaven Forward Stance!
Yi Ping said gently to them, “Someone has to be first. Someone has to fight these evildoers.”
The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King laughed aloud and as he laughed, trembling martial shockwaves could be felt by everyone. “Then let me be the one that will teach you a humble lesson!”
Yong Le fanned his silver fan with murderous intent on Yi Ping, “Very good, you are indeed courageous. I like that. Protégé Uncle, I hope that you will be merciful to him.”
The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King laughed, “Surely I will!”
Yi Ping was smiling bitterly. It was because he had experienced many wiles of the martial fraternity previously. It was obvious to him that this Yong Le was asking the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King not to show him any mercy and that he was praising him so that he would not back off of this fight!
Lie Qing muttered, “Be careful!”
Yong Le suddenly said, “Hold!”
Yi Ping growled, “What is wrong?”
Yong Le laughed, “We should make this fight a little fairer and exciting, don’t you think?”
Yi Ping was puzzled, “What do you mean?”
Yong Le replied coldly, “You have such a big group here. If every one of you is to fight my protégé uncles one by one, won’t it be unfair to them?”
Lie Qing and Lingfeng were both upset!
Lie Qing said coldly, “I doubt we can even wear down one of the Heavenly Kings on our own. Moreover it is a one to one fight!”
Lingfeng said sarcastically, “A fair fight? You can tell me about that.”
Yi Ping said solemnly, “What do you propose?”
Yong Le clapped his silver fan with his hand as he answered, “I will propose a five versus five fight. How about the majority wins? Isn’t it the fairest option?”
Yi Ping turned pale immediately as he said coldly, “You call this fair?!”
Yong Le laughed coldly, “Definitely. You are afraid and dare not take the challenge?”
Yi Ping tightened his grip on the Celestial Alice…
Yong Le waved his silver fan, “How about this? If your group manages to win, I will release everyone from their oaths to the Martial Deviant Clan and they are all free to go!”
Immediately there were several hundreds of mutterings from the bystanders!
Yi Ping immediately looked up, “Do you mean it?”
Yong Le laughed aloud, “For sure. This, you don’t have to worry. I have always been an honorable gentleman!”

Yong Le proclaimed coldly as he clapped his silver fan, “Very good! Then Yi Ping will be the first challenger from his group and the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King will be the first challenge from our group!”
The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King hummed coldly at Yi Ping as he said simply, “I am the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King. You can make the first move!”
Alice quickly warned Yi Ping, “Yi Ping, be careful!”
While warning Yi Ping gently, she was at the same time looking despising at Yong Le!
It was because Alice loathed the dark practitioners. Moreover judging from the unearthly aura that she had observed from him, she had already gathered that he had eaten the heart of a superior Heavenly King!
There were altogether thirty-three Heavenly Kings and just one third of the Heavenly Kings were the superior Heavenly King. The three Heavenly Kings that they had seen today were actually the lesser Heavenly Kings but that did not made them any less dangerous than a superior Heavenly King!
Meanwhile Yi Ping had nodded gently to Alice as he eyed the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King, “I am Yi Ping. In that case I shall make the first move!”
He had leapt with a startling speed forward!
Lie Qing, Lele, Asura and all the members of Yi Ping’s group were all looking anxiously at him as they all whispered, “Be careful Yi Ping…Ping’Er be wary…”
Quite a number of practitioners were also getting worried for Yi Ping as well. They had never seen someone like him before and his strong sense of righteous air instantly caused him to be likeable to the good and detestable to the evildoers!
The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King laughed aloud as he walked unhurriedly to the front as he faced Yi Ping!
Everyone had holding their breath in anxious anticipation!
Yi Ping said aloud, “Remember! If you lose, you must keep the part of your promise to release your hold on them and…”
He emphasized, “…let them go unscathed!”
It was because he had already witnessed the freewheeling and manipulating tactics of his opponents too many times. He had to be sure and he had to make sure that they had little room to change their minds!
The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King hummed coldly, “Naturally.”
Yi Ping looked coldly at Yong Le as he asked, “Really?”
Yong Le smiled coldly, “Naturally. This, you don’t have to worry. Heavens and Earth are my witnesses!”
Yi Ping hummed coldly as he immediately displayed a readied stance as he eyed the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King with caution before he said, “I am going to attack soon!”
The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King laughed it off, “Anytime, anytime…”
He had virtually shrugged off Yi Ping as a challenger!
But all of a sudden when Yi Ping had raised his sword to him in a startling flash, the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King was startled by his explosive speed and martial power!
All of a sudden the dueling vicinity had suddenly burst into heated martial windforces as Yi Ping displayed the Asper Divinity while the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King had also raised his martial force as they clashed furiously and continuously!
Yi Ping was not surprised that the martial force of the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King was able to withstand the full blunt of his attacks. He was more surprised that he was still able to hold his ground against him!
The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King blurted out, “What the…”
It was because he was caught by the ferocity of Yi Ping’s attacks and that when he had retaliated, this Yi Ping was still able to hold his ground against him!
He gave a loud martial shout as his left hand burst forth with a shimmering white glow and in the next instant he was already upon Yi Ping!
Yi Ping raised his left hand with his Asper Horizon and a thunderous impact exploded immediately!
Yi Ping was slightly shaken by the titanic martial power of the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King and he was forced to take two steps back!
The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King was furious. It was because Yi Ping had taken the full blunt of his Divine Golden Thunder and had shown no sign of being affected by it!
Yi Ping thought to himself, “I…can do it…Lord Judas, Old Man Xuantian and Yun Dingzhong are all stronger than him…”
He was worried that their martial level difference would be too vast and he may not be able to withstand his opponent. But when he found out that he could at least par with the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King, his confidence level was given a boost!
The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King was startled by the profound strength of Yi Ping’s martial power as he thought silently, “This martial strength…is it the Martial Emperor Unifying Force?”

The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King was startled but he retained his composure as he flurried dozens of powerful burst of explosive martial force in retaliation!
As they flashed around each other as they maneuvered with their rapid strokes, the entire vicinity was also enveloped with their martial shockwaves!
Everyone was gasping as they took sudden steps back to avoid the dangerous speeding pebbles that were speeding throughout the vicinity!
Lingfeng was gasping excitingly, “Ping’Er, he is on par with the Sovereign Thunder Sovereign Heavenly King!”
Lele was clasping Lie Qing’s hands anxiously and she was covering her mouth while at the same time she was forcing herself to watch this dreadful duel!
Yunzi said quietly to the rest of the maidens as she flashed her sword with deadly precision as she parried the speeding projectiles aside, “Ping’Er will surely be alright and he will surely be able to overcome his adversary...”
Isa was trembling because his opponent was a Heavenly King, how could she not be worried?!
All of a sudden, her thoughts were interrupted by the great shout of the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King, “You must surely be mistaken if you think that my Divine Golden Thunder is my only attack stance!”
He had all of a sudden increased his martial power as a sparking electric field seemed to be enveloping around him!
All of a sudden the head of Yi Ping’s forehead began to glow a shimmering golden as he continued to increase his martial prowess!
The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King gasped all of a sudden, “The Seventh Cosmos Positioning?! What, you have actually elevated to the seventh immortal stage?!”
All of a sudden he was sent flying backward and slamming onto the ground with a cracking thunderous impact as Yi Ping slashed and broken through to his golden body!
The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King coughed out blood as he got up panicky in shock, not knowing what was going on!
He was a little surprise that Yi Ping had remained where he was and did not follow up on his advantage!
He thought, “He…a mere immortal practitioner can actually breech my defenses?”
He was not the only one who was surprise, everyone else was gasping in shock when Yi Ping had suddenly overcome the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King!
Perhaps the most shocked had been Yong Le and the other two Heavenly Kings who were now staring in disbelief at the scene!
The Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King hummed coldly as he wiped away the blood at the tip of his mouth, “You should have tried to strike me when I am vulnerable. Perhaps you will still be able to stand a chance. But now it is really too late. You have really infuriated me!”
All of a sudden there was a powerful burst of racking thunderous martial force that erupted from around him as he leapt onto Yi Ping in a blink of an eye, “This is my epitome divine technique, the Divine Thunder God Strike…”
Alice gasped out, “Yi Ping, be careful! This Divine Thunder God Strike is able to emulate the lightning power of the Divine Calamity!”
The Goddess Asura, the Goddess Isa and the Goddess of Mercy were all calling out to him, “Yi Ping, don’t take this technique headlong!”
As the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King leapt upon Yi Ping with an electric vortex, the divine swords that were in Yi Ping’s hands had suddenly burst into two golden radiance as Yi Ping displayed the Sanctorum Manifesting of the Celestial Alice!
There were multiple thunderous impacts as the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King and Yi Ping were once again exchanging blows but less than ten thunderous impacts later, Yi Ping was slashing at the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King!
Or rather, not once, not twice, not just a couple of times but in a blink of an eye, he had slashed a whirling twenty times at the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King and had sent him flying upward!

Skylord Jun was staring blankly at the scene as he muttered with disbelief, “He has actually killed a Heavenly King…how is it possible…”
Yong Le, the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King and the Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King were the most stunned!
The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King had raised his fingers to display into sword fingers as he shouted angrily, “You won’t get away with this!”
Alice and Shen Xingyue both raised her divine swords to interrupt him but they were quickly swept aside by the overwhelming sweeping sword energies of the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King!
Alice scurried several steps back even as she cried out angrily, “The next round of the duel has not even started yet!”
The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King shouted out, “It has started now!”
And he had jumped upon Yi Ping in the next instant as dozens of piercing sword energies began to explode around Yi Ping!
Even though Yi Ping was alarmed by the dozens of piercing sword energies but he found himself acting in a totally calm manner. It was because he seemed to be able to predict the pathway of the maddening sword energies as he raised his divine swords to deflect or to evade all the sword energies without having to move from his original position!
This naturally did not happen from chance!
By now, he had finally attained the true Martial Unifying Theorem when he had merged with the Dark Emperor Robe and his fighting instincts were now awakened!
That was also the true reason why he was able to defeat the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King in such a short time!

The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King was getting impatient as he was still focusing on exchanging blows with Yi Ping, “Are you helping or not?”
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King mocked, “Now you are biting more than you can chew now? You really think that I do not know that you want his heart for yourself so that you can elevate your immortal state?”
It was obvious that the Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King was unhappy with him for seizing the initiative to fight with this Yi Ping after seeing his Seventh Cosmos Positioning!

The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King smirked coldly as he stepped next to the Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King, “What is it? Are you afraid?”
Yi Ping said angrily, “We have an agreement…”
Lie Qing walked over to tap Yi Ping gently on his arm as she turned to say coldly, “This is supposed to be a one to one duel so when did it become a two versus one duel? Moreover fancy two Heavenly Kings taking on a mere Celestial, aren’t you shameful about it?”
Youxue was also saying, “There are so many eyes here and yet are all of you blind? Didn’t we have an agreement earlier?!”
Hundreds of onlookers fell silence or lowered their gazes!
Lele did not mince her words as she scolded, “Despicable!”
The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King hummed coldly, “He has killed our blood brother. What makes you think that I will let him off?”
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King said coldly as he appraised Yi Ping anew, “He has to pay the price somewhat or another!”
The two Heavenly Kings were secretly looking at each other. It was because they had been isolated for so long and were used to get things their way that they had almost forgotten that they were in the presence of the other immortals!
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King was a little mindful of his reputation so he said coldly, “Well, well, I have almost forgotten. To defeat him, there is really no need for the two of us to handle him together!”
Yi Ping said, “At least you have still remembered that!”
Yong Le laughed it off, “Sometimes in the thick of a battle, it is easy to forget about the trivial. Don’t put it to heart. We are naturally going to keep to our sworn agreements. Don’t you worry too much about it!”

All of a sudden, the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King, the Sovereign Cloud Heavenly and Yong Le were all laughing and their martial laughter rippled throughout the vicinity!
Yi Ping asked, “What’s wrong?”
Yong Le waved his silver fan as he said coldly, “Immortal Hero Yi Ping, have you forgotten that this is a five versus five fight and not an individual fight? You have already taken your place to fight so naturally your group has to select another candidate to fight us! If you are unable to select another candidate then we will have to consider that you have given up on this duel!”
The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King smirked coldly, “I don’t mind if you want to give up the duel. Because you very well know that we will not let you off for killing the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King.”
Yi Ping was stunned. Indeed this was a five versus five duel!
Alice, Isa, Asura and the Goddess of Mercy said at the same time, “Yi Ping, let us be the next to fight. We may not lose…”
Alice was looking at Yi Ping’s with pleading eyes as though she was saying quietly to him, “I have already awakened my Seventh Cosmos Position. I may still stand a chance!”
She looked at Yong Le, the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King and the Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King, “I will be your next challenger!”
Yong Le clapped his hands, “Good!”
Yi Ping sighed miserably. It was because he was reluctant to let Alice took any risk but there was nothing he could do, “Maiden Ziyan, you ought to be careful…”
Even though he had seen Alice’s level of martial expertise but he could not help being anxious!
Alice said quietly, “Don’t worry. I will not lose…”
Isa was anxious for Alice so she said quietly to her, “Be careful…”
Alice had never expected her one time rival to say this to her and knew that she had already put aside their differences. She smiled gently, “Don’t worry…”
Yi Ping sighed bitterly as he thought, “Why am I letting her taking the risk…because of honor or for righteousness? There are two other Heavenly Kings here. Even this Yong Le is on the level of the Heavenly Kings now. Must I lose any of them before I would regret my decisions?”
He clenched his hands tightly as he continued to think, “Now I feel like the White Sage now, despite his wisdom, he had lost everyone…despite all my martial skills, I am helpless to take part…”

Ye Yin muttered almost inaudibly, “Lie Qing, you are sure? Maybe let me go. I am a more nimble fighter…”
Shen Xingyue said firmly, “No! Let me go instead! I have never really contributed anything to our group…”
Isa said quietly, “I am the Battle Maiden. No one else is more suitable than me actually.”
Yi Ping looked at these maidens and his heart felt like breaking!
The rest of the maidens, Lele, Yu’Er, Mei’Er, Lingfeng, Asura, Han Lin, Aiel, Youxue and Xiang were all looking at Yi Ping too. In their hearts, they would surely volunteer to be the sacrificing lambs as all of them had long reached a common consensus with each other. Unless they had the confidence to volunteer, they would not because it was for the better good of their group!
They could not afford to lose each other in this battle!
Even if they would lose each other then it must be a noble sacrifice and they would only select the best among them!
That was why Lie Qing, Shen Xingyue, Isa and Ye Yin were volunteering!
Asura had restrained from volunteering because she knew that she got to protect her unborn baby at all costs!
Meanwhile, Alice had already walked to the dueling ground as she looked coldly at Yong Le and the two other Heavenly Kings, “Who is going to be my opponent?”
The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King laughed as he stepped forward while looking at Yong Le, “I will be your next opponent and naturally I will be extra merciful to you!”
Yong Le smiled, “The Goddess Celestial Alice is going to be my future consort. Be careful when you are handling her!”
Yi Ping immediately clenched his fists when he had heard Yong Le!
But Alice simply shrugged his comments off as she walked to the dueling ground. It was because she knew that her opponent was simply trying to provoke her to lose her cool.
As Alice walked forward, she had failed to noticed the lecherous stares that she was inviting from the numerous onlookers; it was because her dress was too short and her dress material was simply too revealing!
Ye Yin felt a little guilty for taking her outer garment…
Now that Yi Ping had seen the expressions that were on everyone, he was suddenly flushing as well. It was because after spending several days with Alice, he had overcome gotten used to seeing her in this manner…

Alice said to the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King, “Shall I make the first move then?”

As Alice squared off the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King, the surge of their divine aura began to instill a sense of suffocating grasp on all the onlookers!
All of a sudden her forehead began to glow a bright golden, revealing her immortal attainment as that of the Seventh Positioning and at the same time, Alice had displayed her Mystic Stratosphere Divine Force as flurrying martial force began to encircle rapidly around her!
The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King turned ashen immediately as he stared coldly at her, “You…have already elevated to the Seventh Cosmos Positioning?!”
All the onlookers were gasping with shock!
It was already a miracle to find out that Yi Ping had attained to the mystical Seventh Positioning and now even the Goddess Celestial Alice had already attained this mystical immortal level!
Yong Le and the Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King appeared to be startled as well as they exchanged quick looks at each other; it was because Alice was on another level than Yi Ping. She was a true Immortal. If she was able to attain to the Seventh Cosmos Positioning then she was almost on par with the first generation immortals. Almost was still a far thing even by their immortal standards but the divine sword that was in Alice’s hand was another matter entirely!
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King divined whispered to Yong Le, “The Seventh Seal, the Ultimate Destruction!”
Alice smiled wryly, “That is right! You are on the Sixth Positioning while I am on the Seventh Positioning. Your divine state may be higher than me but coupled with my Seventh Positioning and my immortal sword, we are more or less equal. Therefore the outcome of this fight is still uncertain!”
The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King hummed coldly, “Hmph! I have long mastered the divine state of being weaponless while possessing the weapon in my heart! Alice, you have really underestimated me! You don’t have to call your buff anymore!”
Alice lifted her white golden long sword that was patterned with intricate designs of seven Golden Kirins along its white blade as she displayed a heaven stance.
Five of the eyes of the Golden Kirins along her sword appeared to be glowing and all of a sudden Alice had burst forth with startling speed at the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King as she displayed five explosive sword bursts as rippling martial force began to lash across the vicinity like a hurricane had just landed!
The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King laughed aloud as he displayed several explosive sword fingers, “Is that what you got?”
Immediately as the two practitioners fought, the entire ground began to break apart and everyone was forced to exercise their martial power to steady themselves even though they were all standing far away!
Alice shouted, “Sixth Seal!”
The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King roared thunderously, “Good! Armor Piercing Sword Energies!”
Immediately the two practitioners were surrounded by dozens of explosive impacts that flashed all around them!
Yi Ping gasped anxiously but he could not see the extent of their fight; it was because he could only see two shadowy forms in a whirl of hurricanes and stirring a dust storm!
Just as everyone was holding their breath and were watching the fight nervously, a heavenly maiden with snowy white hair and purple eyes had walked quietly into the fighting ground!
Everyone was startled because Alice and the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King were fighting in the middle of a furious vortex with deadly speeding projectiles and lethal sword energies in all directions that made it impossible for anyone to come near them!
But this unearthly maiden had suddenly appeared out of the blue and was standing in the middle of the furious vortex seemingly minding her own business!
Yi Ping was startled as he muttered, “Her eyes are scarlet? Who is she?”
Han Lin said playfully, “Your future consort, who else!”
Yi Ping was not amused as he smiled bitterly. He was really in no mood for any jokes so he turned to ask Asura, Xiang and Aiel, “Who is she?”
But Asura, Xiang and Aiel all gave him a most bewildered look as they all said at the same time, “I have no idea!”
All of a sudden this unearthly maiden was at the corpse of the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King and to the horror of everyone, she had ripped the heart of the Sovereign Thunder Heavenly King from his body!
Almost everyone had the same thought in their minds, “Dark Practitioner!”
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King was enraged and it did not escape the notice of the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King too!
Almost immediately they had displayed their maddening strokes at this unknown unearthly maiden at the same time!
All of a sudden the forehead of this unearthly maiden began to glow with a purple radiance!
Purple radiance?!
The Goddess Celestial Alice was staring at this unearthly maiden. She was wondering should she use her Seventh Seal when this unearthly maiden had suddenly appeared!
Like the others, she was shocked at her appearance as she thought. “Purple radiance? Don’t tell me that is the Eighth Immortal Positioning?!”
To the stunned astonishment of everyone, this unearthly maiden returned dozens of earth shattering intricate strokes that immediately floored the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King and the Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King with a thunderous impact!
The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King was stunned with her speed as he shouted immediately, “Just who are you!...”
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King was about to ask the same too when he had suddenly noticed that his Fantian Sovereign Sword was missing from his grasp and it was now in her hand!
Before they could even recover from their senses, she was gone from their sight!
Just as Yi Ping was wondering where she had gone to, he had heard a quiet but beautiful divine voice from behind him!
He quickly turned around and was shocked to see that this unearthly maiden had appeared in their midst and was talking to the golden Kirin Cub, “Did you see? They have human forms but they are worse than dogs. Since they are worse than dogs then you are allowed to eat their hearts. So little one, don’t you want to become a divine beast? Here is your chance!”

Chapter 188: The Great Desolate Goddess
Yi Ping was stunned by her sudden appearance behind him but he recovered quickly enough to raise his hands against her to try to grab the heart away from the golden kirin cub.
It was because he was thinking, “If Xiao Ping has eaten the heart then won’t it become a dark beast?
But this unearthly regal maiden simply knocked him back with a thunderous impact with a single blow from her hand as she forced down the heart to Xiao Ping!
While she continued to maintain her serene posture, Yi Ping was forced to scurry back by her martial strength as he gasped at her profound internal strength!
The unearthly maiden lit a smile as though she knew what was on Yi Ping’s mind, “Only practitioners that can discern good or evil is able to thread the path between darkness and light. For a beast that has no concept of good or evil, the heart of a practitioner has no undue effect on them.”
The Universal Old Man, the Lord Supreme, the Immortal Saint of Swords and all the other maidens did not make a single move as they stared blankly at her!
All the bystanders had only one question in their mind, “Who is she?!”
Lingfeng murmured unhappily as she caught hold of Yi Ping, “You know that you are not her level and yet you are so bold as to challenge her. Are you trying to get fresh with her?”
Yi Ping smiled bitterly as he said weakly, “Lingfeng, now is not the time…”
The unearthly regal maiden smiled gently at Lingfeng as she put down the golden kirin cub after feeding it, “You are Lingfeng? Aren’t you the Heaveness?”
Lingfeng was startled, “You know me?”
The unearthly regal maiden nodded gently, “In fact, I know you better than you know yourself!”
This time Lingfeng was truly startled as she thought, “How is it possible?”
When Yi Ping saw the smile on the unearthly and regal maiden, somehow he knew that she had meant them no harm so he began to lower his palm and sword slowly…
At the same time the Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King was shouting aloud and his terrifying martial shout rippled like a shockwave in the vicinity, “Who are you? How dare you steal my immortal sword!”
To the disappointment of all the onlookers, the unearthly and regal maiden said coldly. “You are not fit to know my name!”
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King said angrily, “If you still insist on your insolence then don’t blame me later!”
The unearthly regal maiden had all of a sudden lifted the Fantian Sovereign Sword in a forward stance and immediately everyone was swept backward by a sudden explosive martial force in a 40m radius around her that sunk the ground 1 feet deep except for the ground underneath her!
Everyone was stunned at the display of her martial power!
The unearthly regal maiden said coldly, “It does seem that I am able to use this sword better than you instead. But if you think that you are able to seize this sword from my hand, why not give it a try?”
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King was stunned. Even though he did not know who she was but for her to floor them so effortlessly, spoke volumes of their martial level difference!
Naturally he was cautious as he thought, “Who is she? Why is that I have never heard of her before?”
The unearthly regal maiden hummed coldly, “You are not coming for your sword?”
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King was stunned by her dare and did not make a move as he looked at the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King who was looking nervously at him. At the same time they were looking at Yong Le as well.
If they all attack her at the same time then would they not stand a chance?
But Yong Le was looking hesitant and so did everyone!
That was because none of them wanted to be the first to die!
At the same time everyone was also secretly looking at Alice, the Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King and the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King; it was because they had already noticed that their minor wounds were already healed!
The Heavenly Kings and Alice were protected by their Golden Immortal Bodies and were almost impervious to all attacks. Even if they were slashed by divine weapons, it was difficult to hurt them as they were protected by an invisible emulating divine force of their Golden Immortal Bodies!

The unearthly regal maiden smiled coldly, “Actually I must give you some praises. If you have dared to step forward, I may not be merciful towards you. Only a few among you is worthy to spar with me.”
She began to point at those worthy, “You, you, you, you…”
She had pointed to Yong Le, Yi Ping, Alice, Asura, Lie Qing, Lele and Youxue!
Youxue and Lele were startled as they looked at each other as they said at the same time, “Um, we?”
Yong Le smiled coldly when Yi Ping was pointed right after him!
He raised his eyebrows when this unearthly regal maiden had suddenly pointed to Lie Qing, Lele and Youxue!
That was because he had obviously thought of them as beneath him!
So he smiled coldly as he addressed the unearthly regal maiden, “I am Yong Le the Martial Grandmaster and future successor to the Great God Pangu. So who do you think is the strongest and weakest among the seven of us?”
The unearthly regal maiden smiled coldly, “Who is the strongest is still a little hard to say but I do know who is the weakest among you.”
Yong Le laughed softly, “Then I will very well like to know who it is so that person won’t become a hindrance to us.”
The unearthly regal maiden smiled, “It obviously that the person is you. Why are you insistent on asking such an obvious question?”
Immediately, Yu’Er, Mei’Er, Lele and Han Lin were smiling as they exchanged playful looks!
Yong Le was shaken as he gasped in disbelief as he looked at Youxue, Lie Qing and Lele, “Impossible…I am the weakest? There must be a mistake. It must be a trick!”
The unearthly regal maiden smiled coldly, “Think whatever you like. So is there anyone else that still wants to take this Fantian Sovereign Sword from my hands?”
No one said anything even though there were more than a thousand potential practitioners looking covetously at the Fantian Sovereign Sword!
The unearthly regal maiden looked at Yi Ping, “You have raised your hands against me earlier. Don’t you want to lay your hands on the Fantian Sovereign Sword?”
Yi Ping gave a hesitated look at her before saying, “That is not my intention at all…”
The unearthly regal maiden scoffed softly, “Or are you afraid to try?”

But these maidens were wily as well. They would constantly entice Yi Ping with their secret strokes and techniques so that he would actually spent more time with them than the other maidens!
The unearthly regal maiden smiled enticingly, “But why is that your eyes and heart are telling me otherwise?”
Yi Ping smiled most bitterly…
The unearthly regal maiden looked at him intently, “You think you have a chance against me then?”
Yi Ping said quietly, “You are not invincible for sure!”
Everyone was gasping at Yi Ping’s boldness!
The unearthly regal maiden raised her eyes at Yi Ping with interest, “Oh?”
Yi Ping did not cower from her piercing gaze and instead said, “The Heavenly Kings are really formidable and I am thinking how it is possible for them to be floored on the ground so easily. Then I have noticed that their movements are slightly slower than usual. I am guessing that they are affected by your purple radiance of your Eighth Immortal Heavenly Eye. But it seemed that…”
He took a glance at Alice before saying, “That practitioners of the Seventh Immortal Heavenly Eye are not affected.”
The unearthly regal maiden appeared to be startled as she re-appraised Yi Ping once again before she said quietly, “What sharp eyes you got!”
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King and the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King began to look at each other with startled expression!
So that was why!
But even then, that was not the only difference between them for this unearthly regal maiden was truly formidable even without revealing her Eighth Immortal Heavenly Eye!
Yong Le hummed coldly as he stared at Youxue, Lele and Lie Qing, “The Goddess Celestial Alice and this Yi Ping, I can understand but the rest of them, I can crush them effortlessly!”
The unearthly regal maiden smiled gently, “Oh really? Why don’t you try? Your duels have not ended yet.”
She seemed to be looking at Youxue before she turned to look at Yong Le again.
Yong Le hummed coldly, “And on whose side are you on?”
The unearthly regal maiden smiled gently, “Are you worried that I may be helping them? This, you don’t have to worry at all. I am only here to watch the outcome of the duels. So, what are all of you still waiting for? I give you my word that I will not interfere with the duels in whatever so!”
Yong Le waved his silver fan as he said to the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King, “So what are you still waiting for?”
The Sovereign Wind Heavenly King heaved a soft sigh as he muttered, “We still do not know who she is. How can we be sure that she won’t turn upon us at the first opportunity…”
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King said coldly, “She has just stolen my Fantian Sovereign Sword and ripped the heart of our…”
All of a sudden the unearthly regal maiden lifted her fingers and there was a sudden malevolent aura around here, “You have the audacity to raise your sword against me and you are lucky that I am in a good mood today…”
Alice had blinked next to Yi Ping as she looked intently at this unknown unearthly regal maiden before gasping out in alarm, “Just who are you?”
At the same time the two Heavenly Kings were gasping, “Just who are you!”
It was because almost all the immortal practitioners had turned ashen immediately!
Yi Ping was curious; it was because even though all these immortals were not able to recognize her but when she had accidentally displayed her aura unintentional, they seemed to have somewhat recognized her!
And half of the immortals had actually unsheathed their weapons or readied an offensive martial stance!
Asura was also calling to Yi Ping as she lifted her divine staff, “Yi Ping, be wary of her. She is our enemy!”
Even Isa had unsheathed her divine sword as she stepped forward, “You are not supposed to be here!”
Yi Ping stammered out in bewilderment, “Who…is she?”
Alice said coldly, “We mustn’t let her leave with the Fantian Sovereign Sword or else it will spell disastrous for the Immortal Realm!”
Even Yong Le was startled by the reactions of the immortals!
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King said quickly to him, “Leave the duel for later. She is our common enemy! If we don’t get rid of her then we will all be in trouble!”
Yi Ping said aloud, “Wait a minute! All of you are ganging against a lone maiden…”
Lingfeng deliberately stepped on his foot as she shot him a cold look, “She is not what she has appeared…”
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King pointed his fingers at her, “You have better be honest with us! That is the Great Desolate Force, am I right?”
There were several mutterings and gasping from the rest, “The Great Desolate Force?! What is that?”
Yi Ping could tell that all the immortals were disturbed by it!
Aiel whispered to Yi Ping, “She is an Ancient Desolate Immortal…”
Yi Ping was startled, “Ancient Desolate Immortal?...”
Aiel nodded quickly as she continued to keep a watchful eye on this unearthly regal maiden, “Right. In the beginning of time, the Great God Pangu had tamed the Great Desolate Force with his Universal Force and had sealed the Ancient Desolate Immortals with the Ancient Immortal Artefacts. They are not supposed to appear since no one really knew where are the Ancient Immortal Artefacts are…unless the seals on the Ancient Immortal Artefacts are broken!”
All of a sudden Aiel gasped softly as she took a look at Youxue as she thought, “The Divine Nine Cauldron! That is an Ancient Immortal Artefact! No wonder she keeps looking at Youxue!”
The unearthly regal maiden smiled wryly, “Why all the hostilities? Shouldn’t the whole lot of you be respectful to an Ancient Desolate Immortal? Oh, I have not revealed my name yet. Very well, you can address me as the Great Goddess Nuwa!”
“The Great Goddess Nuwa!” Everyone was gasping!
Yi Ping and many of the non-immortals were startled; in fact they were a little confused!

The Great Goddess Nuwa were said to have killed the Black Dragon, stopping the desolate floods and firestorms by melding the azure skies, pacifying the Great Desolate Force by sealing it into the ten Ancient Immortal Artefacts!
Yi Ping asked curiously, “The Great Goddess Nuwa that had melded the azure skies and saved the world? The Great Goddess Nuwa that had sealed the Great Desolate Force by sealing it into the ten Ancient Immortal Artefacts?”
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa flashed Yi Ping an amused look, “You are the first one that heap upon me with so much praises. Are you trying to be my henchman?”
Asura whispered quickly to Yi Ping, “You got it all wrong! She is one of the Desolate Gods and Goddesses that had upset the great balance by releasing the Great Desolate Force. That is why the Great God Pangu had sealed them with the Ancient Immortal Artefacts…in the Immortal Realm, we call her the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa but she has faded into legends and is forgotten…”
The Great Goddess Nuwa smiled when she had heard Asura, “The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa? That is such an awesome title. Very well then, that will be my new immortal title. From now on, the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa shall be the supreme ruler of the Six Realms!”
Yi Ping was startled, “Six Realms? There is only three…does she mean it figuratively?”
All of a sudden the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa had flashed next to Youxue, startling her as she whispered softly. “Come with me!”
Youxue flashed a cold look, “But what if I refuse?”
Youxue immediately raised her penetrating hands and there was an almighty shockwave as the two of them exchanged briefly!
She quickly displayed the Divine Emerald Force to steady herself as she took a step back while thinking, “I can withstand her? Good…”
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa smiled coldly, “Not bad but how about this?...”
Yi Ping had immediately raised his sword as he shouted, “Youxue!”
Shen Xingyue, Isa, Lie Qing, Lele and Alice were already upon the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa as dozens of strokes were exchanged and the aftershocks were alarming!
Shen Xingyue had displayed dozens of epitome sword strokes, the Starlight Fingers and the Big Dipper Hands but still, together with Alice, Youxue and Yi Ping, they still could not gain an advantage over her and before she knew it she was dealt a blow that sent her flying backward!
She was quickly caught by Ye Yin!
As she looked up, even Lie Qing, Isa and Lele were sent flying backward leaving only Alice, Youxue and Yi Ping!
She was startled as she wondered, “Youxue is still standing? It seems that this Great Goddess Nuwa is particular lenient towards Youxue…”
Yi Ping had unleashed dozens of sword strokes on the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa but all his sword strokes were immediately parried with unbelievable ease with just a few simple movements!
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa raised the Fantian Sovereign Sword as she said with irate, “I don’t want to kill the first person that heap praise upon me but I don’t like a person that offend me with such killing intent!”
She had imbued the Fantian Sovereign Sword with her martial power and it had turned a bright hue as she slashed at Yi Ping!
Alice had raised her divine sword to interrupt the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa as she rained down twelve explosive impacts but all her attacks simply fluttered off her harmlessly!

This plunging headlong piercing of the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa may look simple but no matter how Yi Ping had tried to deflect her straight thrust, she would always deflect his powerful slashes with a slight turn of her sword!
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa had taken eight steps and Yi Ping had moved back seven steps; in just a blink of an eye Yi Ping had already unleashed dozens of torrential whirling slashes, the Thousand Memories Swords, including the Fatal Masterstroke and the Ultimate Heavens Encompassing Stroke but still he could not halt her advance. He was stunned by the startling intricate strokes of her swordplay!
Moreover while she was moving forward attack him, she was also fending off Alice and Youxue at the same time!
In truth, the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa as equally startled as she had expected him to be fallen by the time she had taken three steps forward!
All of a sudden the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa leapt forward and had slashed Yi Ping with a thunderous explosion across on his chest!
But to the startling surprise of all the eyewitnesses, the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa had coughed out blood as she was sent scurrying backward in shock as she gasped, “The Universal Force…”
And at the same time the Fantian Sovereign Sword had left the grasp of her hands and had flown into the ground next to Yi Ping!
Yi Ping was protected by his Golden Body and at the last crucial moment, he had mustered all his martial power to display the Golden Invincible Force as six beaming golden spheres surrounded him!
Even though he had received a critical wound but the Golden Invincible Force had quickly closed his wounds.
He endured the grueling pain as he squared off the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa in shock; it was because even for him, he did not know what had exactly happened in the final moments. He had received a fatal slash and all of a sudden the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa was thrown off balance, even losing the grasp of her sword in the process!
Even Alice and Youxue were startled but they did not press on their attacks on the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa since the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa had already halted her attacks. They simply had no confidence of defeating her and they were equally curious to learn what had exactly happened!
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa looked at Yi Ping, “You…are the Great God Pangu?”
Immediately there was a large commotion that had suddenly erupted from everyone as they began to exchange furious and startled shock between themselves!
Yong Le was shouting, “Rubbish! I am the real Great God Pangu! I am the real God Pangu. They are obviously in cahoots with each other!”
He stepped forward to say to the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King and the Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King, “She is injured now. Now is your chance to take her down and to seize back the Fantian Sovereign Sword…”
Yi Ping was muttering, “What is going on?”
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa lifted her trembling fingers as she said almost audibly, “I shouldn’t have used the sword of the Great Goddess Fantian against the Great God Pangu. In the end, I am injured by the Universal Force of the Fantian Sovereign Sword when it has awakened…”
Yi Ping was startled as he asked curiously even though he was not expecting the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa to answer him, “The Fantian Sovereign Sword has awakened? What does it mean?”
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa looked at him intently before saying, “You are now the new master of the Fantian Sovereign Sword now. There are two seals on the Fantian Sovereign Sword, the divine awakening and the sanctorum awakening. The blood of the Great God Pangu will unseal the divine awakening while the blood of my Great Desolate Force can cause the sanctorum awakening.”
Yi Ping took a look at the beaming Fantian Sovereign Sword that was just within his hand grasp and it seemed to be beckoning to him. He muttered, “This immortal sword is the Fantian Sovereign Sword. Shouldn’t it be the blood of the Great Goddess Fantian that is required to break the first seal?”
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa said coldly, “This Fantian Sovereign Sword belongs to the Great God Pangu and not the Great Goddess Fantian…”
Yi Ping was startled and just as he was about to ask further, the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa continued. “The Great God Pangu and the Great Goddess Fantian both has an immortal sword that they named after each other…”
By now Asura and Aiel were also by Yi Ping’s side as they whispered to him, “It is said that the Icy Heavenly Divine Sword is the immortal sword of the Great Goddess Fantian, so named after the demise of the Great God Pangu. It is also called the Heavenly Earth Sword to commemorate the parting of the Heavens and the Earth by the Great God Pangu…”
Yi Ping thought as he touched the hilt of the Fantian Sovereign Sword, “So that is why…”
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa raised her translucent scarlet robe as she smiled coldly, “So today there are two Great God Pangu. Apparently, one is a fake and the other is the real. Farewell!”
She divine whispered to Yi Ping, “When I have recovered from my injuries, I will surely come back for you…”
She had also divine whispered to Youxue, “You have with you, the Divine Nine Cauldron and I can teach you to harness the Great Desolate Force to further your attainment. It will be a pity if you let your potential be wasted just like that…and thank you for breaking my eternal prison…”
All of a sudden she began to flash out of her encirclements!
Yong Le shouted, “Don’t let her get away!”
Immediately hundreds of practitioners began to step forward to intercept her, including the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King and the Sovereign Cloud heavenly King!
But the Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa simply floored them back with her martial force even as she said coldly, “If I want to leave, none of you will be able to stop me. If you value your lives, step back!”
She turned around as she struck the forehead of the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King with her fingers, “I have warned you already. I won’t be merciful the next time round!”
Immediately the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King screamed aloud as he was flung to the ground in a great thunderous impact!
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King gasped as he called out panicky, “Brother, are you alright?”
But as the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King tried to move his lips, all of a sudden his head had exploded much to the horrors of all the onlookers!
The head was the most guarded and the most impervious portion of the body but yet this Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa was able to stab him on his forehead and channeled her Great Desolate Force into him in such a short time to explode his head, this was indeed extremely shocking!
Not to mention that the victim was a first generation Immortal!
Yi Ping shivered at her cruelty and he began to gasp silently as he recalled her earlier unblockable technique, “I have almost become like the Sovereign Wind Heavenly King…”
The Great Desolate Goddess Nuwa was gone in a flash. It was not that everyone was intimidated by her but she had simply moved away too fast!
The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King had flown in a burning rage as he stared at Yi Ping and his group, “I will be the next challenger! So which of you will be next?!”

As Yi Ping lifted his swords forward in a whirling torrential slashes, white and gold streaks sped around him as he clashed furiously against the Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King! Yi Ping had only unleashed a torrential of 24 slashes before he stopped; it was because the Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King was not able to withstand his hits and had already slammed onto the ground with the thunderous impact, stunning everyone! It was because not only did this duel ended quickly but they had all noticed that Yi Ping was fighting with his eyes closed! The Sovereign Cloud Heavenly King coughed out blood as he trembled weakly, “You have won…you have won…if you don’t end me now, you will surely regret it later!” But Yi Ping simply said, “You may go but for this Fantian Sovereign Sword, you can’t take it away. Even if I would like to return to you, you know that it is impossible for I have already divine harmonized with it.” Youxue laughed softly, “Ping’Er, you can divine harmonize with two divine swords? Yong Le shouted, “Stop him!” But none of his men made a single move! Yong Le shouted, “Are all of you rebelling against me? How dare you!” An Immortal among the bystanders said coldly, “My Lord, have you forgotten that the duels between Yi Ping and us have not ended yet? If you still cannot send a good representative forward then we may consider that you have conceded instead!” Another Immortal said coldly, “We are forced to join you only because you have the backings of three of the Heavenly Kings but it seems that you are now on your own!” This Immortal was even more blunt than the others! Yong Le hummed coldly, “Don’t forget that I still have five hundred fighters here and that I have eaten the heart of a Heavenly King!” Yet another immortal scoffed, “What is the point of consuming the martial essence of a Heavenly King when your state of divinity is still at a lowly state?” And yet another immortal said among the bystanders, “My vows to my clan come first. Your righteous air and with your Seventh Immortal Positioning already marked you as the Great God Pangu…” Yi Ping smiled as he looked at him intently before looking at Alice and Isa, “No, not yet. Just call me Yi Ping. I don’t mind at all…” Skylord Jun smiled weakly, “It is considered too disrespectful to call the Great God Pangu by your name…” Yi Ping smiled weakly as he seemed to ponder… Han Lin giggled softly, “Why not the Immortal Hero for the time being?” Skylord Jun and the other Immortals began to lit up as they called out, “Immortal Hero Yi!” Xiang was smiling sweetly at him, “Are you shy? Why are you stopping them for calling you the Great God Pangu? You are not being too honest, ain’t you?” Yi Ping smiled bitterly as he said, “Xiang, unless I can pass through all the trials to the very top then I can be considered to be the Great God Pangu. And if the others can too then they can be the Great God Pangu. For me, I really have no confidence at all even if I am able to reach to the very top!” Xiang was mystified, “Why do you say that? If you have any request to make and if it is within my ability to help then I will surely do my utmost!” Lingfeng sighed softly, “How generous are you!” Yi Ping looked at her with a smile. If you don’t mind someone like me…” Yi Ping was surprised by this request but he quickly said weakly as he had still not gotten used to being called an Immortal Hero, “Of course I do not mind. You are one of the Eight Heavenly Dragon Generals and it is actually my honor. Brother Jun then?” Skylord Jun was delighted as he quickly said, “Brother Yi!” Lele quickly interrupted, “Wait a minute! Isn’t that too hasty? Who is the elder and who is the junior of the brotherhood?” Skylord Jun smiled weakly, “Naturally I am the elder…” Yi Ping was also smiling, “Naturally…” The Goddess of Mercy Xiang hummed coldly, “Elder Brother indeed!
